    Abstract

    Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) merupakan salah satu mata kuliah di Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Mesin (JPTM) yang bertujuan menyediakan pengalaman belajar kepada mahasiswa dalam situasi nyata di lapangan, guna mencapai kompetensi secara utuh. Kompetensi yang dimaksud meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran ketercapaian empat domain kompetensi mahasiswa JPTM sebagai calon guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik survei yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa JPTM yang melaksanakan PPL pada semester genap tahun 2012/2013. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket/ kuesioner terstandardisasi yang dikeluarkan oleh DIKTI dengan dilakukan beberapa penyesuaian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis responden silang dengan mengakumulasikan hasil penilaian persepsional diri, penilaian teman sejawat, dan penilaian guru pamong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata penguasaan keempat domain kompetensi termasuk ke dalam kategori kompeten apabila mengacu pada standar nilai dalam pedoman pelaksanaan Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG), dan termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup kompeten apabila mengacu pada standar nilai kelulusan dalam Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG). Field Experience Program (FEP) is one of the courses in the Department of Mechanical Engineering Education (DMEE). The course provides learning experiences directly in society for students in order to achieve four competencies as a whole. Competencies may include pedagogic competence, professionalism competence, personality competence and social competence. The purpose of this study is to describe the student achievement in terms of achieving four competencies above. Teacher candidates should gain those competencies. This study is a descriptive survey technique. Students carry out Field Experience Program (FEP) in the second semester of 2012/2013. Instrument in this study is a questionnaire / standardized questionnaires issued by the Higher Education with a few adjustments. Data analysis techniques are used. Those are the analysis of cross- respondents by accumulating the results of perceptional self- assessment, peer assessment, and teacher assessment. The results reveal the average value of the four domains of competencies achieved by the participants of Field Experience Program, classified as competent category refers to a competent standard value in the implementation of the Teacher Performance Assessment Guidelines (TPAG), and classified as fairly competent refers to a standard passing score in the Teacher Competency Test (TCT).
