Abstract

Dhea Ayuna Putri (1300987). Pengaruh Konsep Diri Akademik terhadap Kematangan Karir pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Skripsi Departemen Psikologi Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung (2018) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri akademik terhadap kematangan karir pada mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Partisipan berjumlah 393 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah Academic Self-Concept Scale (ASCS) untuk mengukur konsep diri akademik dan Career Adaptes Abilitied Scale (CAAS) untuk mengukur kematangan karir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada konsep diri akademik terhadap kematangan karir., konsep diri akademik memiliki konstribusi sebesar 18,6%.-----Dhea Ayuna Putri (1300987). Participants amounted to 393, respondents were taken by non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique.The instrument in this study are Academic Self-Concept Scale (ASCS) to measure academic self-concept and Career Adaptes Abilitied Scale (CAAS) to measure career maturity. To know the influence of self-concept of academic to career maturity, the data were analyzed using linier regression. The results showed that there is a significant influence of academic self-concept to career maturity, academic self-concept has contribution of 18.6% to career maturity.
