    Abstract

    Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui perbandingan mana yang lebih berpengaruh antara latihan Small Sided Game 4 vs 4 dengan Interval Training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan aerobic. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet sepakbola PS UPI Bandung, yang berjumlah 40 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 16 orang atlet sepakbola, teknik pengambilan sempel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Yo-yo Intermittent Endurance Test. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan pendekatan statistik uji kesamaan dua rata-rata. Hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa Small Sided Game 4 vs 4 dan Interval Training berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya tahan aerobik, namun Small Sided Game 4 vs 4 lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan dengan Interval Training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan aerobik. Hal tersebut berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa nilai tabel distribusi t (5,11) > =(2,36) pada Small Sided Game 4 vs 4 dan nilai distribusi t (4,21) > =(2,36) pada Interval Training. -------- This study investigates the comparisons are more influential among exercise Small Sided Game 4 vs. 4 with Interval Training to increase aerobic endurance. The method used is an experimental method. The population in this study is that footballers PS UPI Bandung, totaling 40 people, while the samples used in this study consists of 16 footballers, sempel retrieval techniques in this study using a random sampling. The research instrument used was Yo-yo Intermittent Endurance Test. Hypothesis testing using statistical approach to test the equality of two average. The results can be concluded that the Small Sided Game 4 vs 4 and Interval Training significant effect on the increase in aerobic endurance, but the Small Sided Game 4 vs 4 more effect compared with Interval Training to increase aerobic endurance. It is based on the results of testing the hypothesis that the value of the t distribution table (5.11)> = (2.36) in the Small Sided Game 4 vs 4 and the value of distribution t (4,21)> = (2.36) in the interval training
