Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja proyek, estimasi besarnya biaya akhir dan estimasi waktu penyelesaian proyek, serta mengetahui apakah kontraktor mengalami keuntungan atau kerugian pada proyek pembangunan jalan Tol Soroja (Soreang – Pasir Koja) oleh PT Wijaya Karya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Earned Value Analysis sebagai alat analisis kinerja pada proyek pembangunan tol Soroja (Soreang - Pasir Koja). Metode ini memiliki tiga dimensi utama yaitu Budgeted Cost for Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost for Work Performance (BCWP), Actual Cost for Work Performance (ACWP). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Cost performance Index (CPI) senilai 0,94 dan Schedule Performance Index (SPI) senilai 0,52 , dengan nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa proyek mengalami kelebihan biaya dan keterlambatan pada pengerjaannya. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan hasil dari Estimate to complete (ETC) sebesar Rp. 291.528.886.195 dan Estimate at Completion sebesar Rp. 604.683.015. Pada penelitian ini juga didapati Time Estimate (TE) sebagai acuan waktu proyek selesai dengan kinerja yang ada, penyelesaian proyek adalah selama 821 hari.---- The purpose of this study is to find out the project performance, estimation of the final cost ant the estimated time of complation of the project, as well as to know whether the contractor experienced a gain or loss on the construction of road toll Soroja (Soreang – Pasir Koja) by Wijaya Karya Company. This research used earned value analysis method as a tool of construction performance analysis of road toll Soroja (Soreang - Pasir Koja). This method has three main dimensions, namely Cost for Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost for Work Performance (BCWP), Actual Cost for Work Performance (ACWP). The results achieved in this research showed that value of Cost Performance Index (CPI) is 0,94 and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) in the project is 0,52, that showed the project has cost overruns and delays in its work. Then in this research also showed that the outcome of the Estimate to Complate (ETC) is Rp 291.528.886.195 and Estimate at Completion (EAC) is Rp 604.683.015.671. In this research also showed the Time Estimate (TE) as a reference of the time project completion with existing performance, project completion is 821 days.
