Abstract

Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Pariwisata Tanjung Lesung merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk mengembangkan suatu kawasan melalui kegiatan kepariwisataan guna mendorong laju pertumbuhan ekonomi. KEK Pariwisata Tanjung Lesung diharapkan mampu menarik wisatawan maupun investor. Selain itu, KEK membuka peluang sebesar-besarnya bagi masyarakat sekitar kawasan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dari aktivitas kepariwisataan. Namun masyarakat merasa bahwa bersaing atau menempati posisi pekerjaan yang bagus di sektor pariwisata KEK Tanjung Lesung, selain itu wilayah-wilayah strategis di sekitar kawasan Tanjung Lesung sebagian besar sudah dikuasai oleh orang-orang luar daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari adanya KEK Pariwisata Tanjung Lesung terhadap kondisi ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Tanjung Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Skala likert untuk menghitung skor total tanggapan masyarakat Desa Tanjung Jaya dengan teknik sampling incidential sebanyak 100 responden. Kemudian membandingkan tanggapan responden kondisi ekonomi sebelum dan sesudah adanya KEK Pariwisata Tanjung Lesung memakai dependent t test. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi ekonomi sebelum dan setelah adanya KEK Pariwisata Tanjung Lesung mengalami perubahan dengan masing-masing berada di rentang kategori rendah menjadi sedang. Artinya dengan adanya KEK Pariwisata Tanjung Lesung cenderung tidak terlalu meningkatkan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat.;---Special Economic Zones Tourism Tanjung Lesung is the government's effort to develop a region through tourism activities to encourage economic growth. Special Economic Zones Tourism Tanjung Lesung expected to attract tourists and investors. In addition, Special Economic Zones open opportunities as much as possible for people around the area to improve the welfare of tourism activities. But people feel that competing or occupy a good job position in the tourism sector of Special Economic Zones Tanjung Lesung, in addition to strategic areas around the area of Tanjung Lesung mostly already controlled by people outside the region. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the Special Economic Zones Tourism Tanjung Lesung on the economic conditions of the community in the Village Tanjung Jaya. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. Likert scale to calculate the total score of responses of the community of Tanjung Jaya Village with the sampling technique as much as 100 respondents. Then compare the responses of respondents economic conditions before and after the Special Economic Zones Tourism Tanjung Lesung use dependent t test. From the results of testing based on paired t test, this study shows that the economic conditions before and after the Special Economic Zones Tourism Tanjung Lesung changes with each of them are in the low to medium category range. This means that with the Special Economic Zones Tourism Tanjung Lesung tend not to improve the economic condition of the community.
