Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Kiansantang Bandung. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat motivasi belajar siswa. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan tingkat keterlambatan siswa masuk sekolah, keterlambatan mengumpulkan tugas, dan rendahnya tingkat keaktifan siswa di kelas. Fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar. Komunikasi internal merupakan salah satu faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengkaji dua variabel yaitu komunikasi internal dan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dengan model skala likert. Responden adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Kiansantang Bandung sebanyak 69 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal berapa pada kategori baik dan motivasi belajar di SMK Kiansantang Bandung berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh bahwa komunikasi internal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.----- This research was conducted at SMK Kiansantang Bandung. The problems that become the study in this research is about the low motivation of student learning. It is marked by the delay level of students entering school, delay in collecting task, and low-level of student activeness in class. The focus of the study in this study is directed to the factors that influence learning motivation. Internal communication is one factor that is suspected to have an effect on learning motivation. Therefore, this study examines two variables, namely internal communication and learning motivation. This research used explanatory survey method. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire (questionnaire) with likert scale. Respondents are students of class XI SMK Kiansantang Bandung with the number of 69 people. Data analysis technique is by way of regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that the internal communication is in good category and the motivation to learn in SMK Kiansantang Bandung is in the medium category. Based on the results of regression analysis obtained that internal communication has a positive and significant influence on student learning motivation.
