    Abstract

    Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan bagian pelengkap mesin bubut buatan china (knuth basic plus) yaitu tool post. Bertujuan untuk menghasilkan komponen-komponen tool post yang terdiri dari hendle tool post,rumah pahat, dan dudukan rumah pahat serta untuk memperoleh gambaran nyata tentang waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan komponen tersebut. Pembuatan tool post ini menggunakan material utama yang digunakan adalah S45C. Proses pemesinan untuk pembuatan komponen-komponen top slide meliputi: 1) proses frais; 2) proses drilling; dan 3) proses turning. Secara teoritis total waktu dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah 17 jam dan Rp.1.001.000,00. Biaya material yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp. 146.000,00. --------- This final project discusses the making of chinese artificial lathes complementary parts (knut basic plus) which is post tool. Aim to produce post tool components consisting of post tool hendle, chisel house, and chisel house holder and to get a real picture of time and cost required for the manufacture of the component. Making this post tool using the main material used is S45C. The machining process for the manufacture of top slide components includes: 1) the frais process; 2) drilling process; and 3) turning process. Theoretically the total time and production cost required is 17 hours and Rp.1.001.000,00. Material cost required is Rp. 146.000,00.
