    Abstract

    Telah dilakukan pembuatan roda gigi utama penggerak support pada mesin bubut. Roda gigi tersebut berfungsi untuk memutar roda gigi perantara pada support. Bahan yang digunakan adalah ST37 dengan berat 1,56 Kg untuk roda gigi 120dengandimensi 160 mm x 10 mm dan 2,5 Kg untuk roda gigi 127 dengan dimensi 165 mmx 15 mm untuk. Proses pemesinan untuk pembuatan komponen roda gigi meliputi: 1) proses Lathe Mechine; 2) proses Milling Mechine. Secara teoritis total waktu dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah 10,17 jam dan Rp. 381.030 untuk pembuatan komponen roda gigi 120 dan 10,89 jam dan Rp. 419.258 untuk pembuatan komponen roda gigi 127. ---------- It has been made the main gear drive support on the lathe. The gears act to turn the intermediate gears on the support. The material used is ST37 with a weight of 1.56 Kg for 120 gears with dimensions of 160 mm x 10 mm and 2.5 Kg for 127 gears with dimensions of 165 mmx 15 mm for. The machining process for the manufacture of gear components includes: 1) Lathe Mechine process; 2) Milling Mechine process. Theoretically the total time and production cost required is 10.17 hours and Rp. 381,030 for the manufacture of gear components 120 and 10.89 hours and Rp. 419,258 for the manufacture of gear components 127.
