Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan multimedia pengaruh katalis terhadap laju reaksi berbasis android yang berkualitas dari segi media dan materi. Penelitian ini perlu dilakukan karena kurangnya aplikasi android yang tersedia pada submateri pengaruh katalis terhadap laju reaksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Developmental Research dengan menggunakan model ADDIE pada tahap pembuatan produk. Tahapan penelitian diawali dengan penentuan karakteristik multimedia dan dibatasi sampai uji coba terbatas. Kualitas dari segi materi diperoleh dari hasil review oleh dosen ahli sedangkan kualitas media diperoleh dari hasil review oleh dosen ahli dan uji coba terbatas kepada 9 orang siswa kelas XII sekolah menengah atas di Kota Bandung. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar review aplikasi dari segi materi dan media serta lembar angket tanggapan siswa sebagai pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil penentuan karakteristik multimedia diperoleh bahwa karakteristik teks, gambar, dan video secara berurutan yaitu jenis teks tidak berekor, resolusi gambar di bawah 300-1000 pixel, dan total ukuran file video tidak lebih dari 25 MB. Berdasarkan hasil review dan uji coba terbatas, diperoleh bahwa integrasi multimedia, pengelolaan layar, navigasi , dan teknis pada multimedia yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori baik sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran berbasis android yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan sebagai suplemen belajar pada materi laju reaksi.---------- The goal of this research was to produce a multimedia learning in material of the effect of catalyst against rate of reaction based on android platform with good quality in content and media. This research required to be done due to the lacks of availability of android appilaction on the effect of catalyst against rate of reaction. The method employed in this research was Developmental Research using ADDIE model in the producing product stage. The first stage of this research to define characteristic and was limited to the limited trial stage. The content quality of multimedia was revealed from the review result conducted by expert lecturer meanwhile the media quality was revealed from the review result conducted by expert lecturer and the result of limited trial stage from 9 students of 12th grade students of senior high school in Bandung. Feasibility assesment sheet of content and media along with student rating sheet questionare as a user is used as instrument in this research. The result of characteristic multimedia showing that the characteristic of text should not having curve, images resolution should has between 300-1000 pixel, and total size video files should less than 25 MB. The review and limited trial staget result showing that the android application developed in terms of incorporation multimedia element aspect, screen management aspect, and navigation aspect is in a good quality, therefore the multimedia developed as a learning suplement is proper to be used in material of rate of reaction.
