Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sifat komoditas sayur dan buah menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan bantuan media presentasi prezi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X-2 jurusan Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan. Hasil belajar siswa diukur menggunakan tes objektif (pre-test dan post-test), lembar penilaian sikap, dan lembar penilaian keterampilan. Model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan bantuan media presentasi prezi terlaksana dengan sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh: (1) ketercapaian KKM pada aspek kognitif mencapai 100% pada siklus 3, (2) hasil belajar pada ranah afektif dengan indikator disiplin, kepedulian, responsif dan proaktif mengalami peningkatan pada siklus 1 ke siklus 2 dan 3 sehingga sikap siswa yang terbentuk mampu membekali siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran, di lingkungan, bahkan ketika sudah memasuki dunia industri, (3) hasil penilaian psikomotor siswa pada siklus 2 memperoleh kategori “amat baik”, sehingga seluruh siswa dikatakan kompeten karena telah memiliki seluruh aspek psikomotorik dalam materi sifat komoditas sayur dan buah.----------The purpose of this research was to determine the learning process and student learning outcomes from applying guided inquiry learning model with prezi presentation media in a lesson about characteristics of vegetable and fruit commodities. The research method used was Classroom Action Research conducted in 3 cycles. Every cycle consist of planning, execution, Conservation, and reflection. The subject of this research was the students of X-2 class major of Agribusiness Processing of Agricultural Products in 1st Vocational High School of Kuningan. Students’ learning outcomes were measured by using objective test (pre-test and post-test), attitude assessment sheet, and skill assessment sheet. The guided inquiry learning model with prezi presentation media was done very well. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes. This is indicated by: (1) Minimum Criteria Completeness (KKM) achievement on cognitive aspect reached 100% in cycle 3, (2) learning result in affective domain with indicator of discipline, awareness, responsive and proactive has increased in cycle 1 to cycle 2 and 3 so that students’ attitude which was formed able to complete the students in the learning process, in the environment, even when it entered the industrial world, (3) the results of psychomotor assessment of students in cycle 2 get the category of "very good", so that all students were said competent because it already has all aspects psychomotor in a lesson about characteristics of vegetable and fruit commodities.
