Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan kurangnya ilmu pola asuh yang bersifat positip dari setiap orangtua di Paud Tulip. Setiap orangtua memiliki latar belakang pengasuhan yang berbeda akan tetapi memiliki permasalahan pola asuh yang sama dengan memiliki tujuan yang positip. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh setiap orangtua di PAUD Tulip dalam mendidik anak yang bertujuan ke arah pola asuh yang positif. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui Proses pelaksanaan program parenting dalam menembuhkan perilaku pengasuhan positif orangtua di PAUD Tulip, 2) Mengetahui perilaku pengasuhan setelah mengikuti program parenting di PAUD Tulip, 3) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat program parenting dalam menumbuhkan perilaku pengasuhan positif orangtua di PAUD Tulip.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak lima orang yaitu tiga orang peserta parenting, satu pengelola PAUD, dan satu narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) proses pelaksanaan program parenting dengan kehadiran orangtua dalam kegiatan parenting sehingga mereka selalu mengikuti materi yang disampaikan seperti keterampilan, siraman rohani, memasak, dan lain sebagainya. 2) Sikap orangtua setelah mengikuti program parenting menunjukkan perilaku pengasuhan positif. 3) Faktor penghambat dari perilaku program parenting adalah berupa kesulitan ekonomi, dan faktor utama yang dirasakan menghambat adalah kehadiran orangtua dan anak masih menbutuhkan waktu untuk beradaptasi dalam menerapkan yang positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan masih banyak orangtua yang tidak bisa hadir atau datang terlambat sehingga tidak semua informasi dapat tersampaikan oleh pemateri. Sedangkan faktor pendukung yaitu berupa tersusunnya kegiatan kepanitiaan, respon positif dari orangtua, dan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung berjalan lancarnya kegiatan parenting ini. Selain itu adanya kerjasama dengan mitra posyandu, BKB, puskesmas , para ahli di bidang pendidikan. Saran bagi orangtua hendaknya orangtua bersikap tegas ketika mendidik dan mengasuh anak agar anak terbiasa dalam penerapan pola asuh yang positif. Kata Kunci: Program parenting, orangtua, pengasuhan positif, pola asuh ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the problem of the insufficient of parenting knowledge which is positive from every parent in PAUD Tulip. Every parent has a different parenting background but they have the same problem of parenting by having a positive purpose. It is happened because the lack of knowledge of the parents in educating their children in PAUD Tulip which has a positive parenting purpose.This research is aimed for 1) knowing a process of parenting program implementation in growing a positive parenting behavior of the parents at PAUD Tulip, 2) Knowing a behavior of positive parenting after following a parenting Program in PAUD Tulip, 3) Knowing the support factors and the inhibiting factors of parenting program in growing a positive parenting behavior in PAUD Tulip. This research used a descriptive method of qualitative approachment with the interview and observation technique. The subjects of this research are five persons, those are three parents, one manager of PAUD and one informan or resource person.The result of this research shows that: 1) the process of the implementation of the parenting program by a presence ofthe parents in parenting activity. So that they always follow a material that conveyed like skills, Religion, cooking program, etc. 2) The attitude of the parents after following the parenting program shows the good behaviour of positive parenting. 3) The inhibiting factors of the parenting program attitude is an economic problem, and the prime factor which can be impeded is the presence of the parents and the children still need the time to adapt in applying a positive parenting in daily life, and there are still so many parents who couln’t come or they come late to the place so they don’t get all information from the instructure or sometimes the parents who can’t be present to the place always be ask the children’s grandparent to come, besides these is also inhibiting factor such as economic trouble, and these are also the support factors such as the committee management arrangement, positive respond of the parents, and tools infrastructure which support the parenting activity. Besides there was a cooperation with the coleague such as posyandu, BKB, Puskesmas, the experts in education, Suggestion for the parents that is they must be strict in educating and taking care of the children so that they could be usual in applying the positive parenting.
