    Abstract

    Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan arbor milling tipe stub arbor dengan diameter poros Ø22 mm. Yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan arbor milling tipe stub arbor dengan diameter poros Ø22 mm dan untuk mengetahui waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan arbor milling tipe stub arbor. Dalam pembuatannya material yang digunakan untuk pembuatan arbor milling tipe stub arbor adalah S45C. Proses pemesinan untuk pembuatan arbor milling tipe stub arbor meliputi: 1) proses bubut, dan 2) proses frais. Secara teoritis total waktu dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah 8,68 jam dan Rp. 672.600,00.----------------
    This final project discusses about making arbor milling type stub arbor with diameter of shaft Ø22 mm. Which aims to produce arbor milling type stub arbor with Ø22 mm axis diameter and to know the time and cost required to manufacture arbor milling type stub arbor. In the manufacture of material used for the manufacture of arbor milling type stub arbor is S45C. The machining process for making arbor milling type stub arbor includes: 1) lathe process, and 2) frais process. Theoretically the total time and production cost required is 8.68 hours and Rp. 672.600,00.
