Abstract
Tesis ini merupakan karya ilmiah laporan penelitian yang dilatar belakangi oleh perbedaan pelaksanaan program yang dilakasanakan disetiap desa sehigga hasil penelitian ini adalah kemandirian berwirausaha yang dimiliki oleh peserta Program Terpadu P2WKSS (Peningkatan Peranan Wanita Menuju Keluarga Sehat Sejahtera). Pokok persoaalan penelitian ini mungkin ada pada pengurus. Tujuan peneliatian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran pengurus Program Terpadu P2WKSS menuju kemandirian berwirausaha. Landasan teori dari penelitian ini yaitu konsep Peran, Program Terpadu P2WKSS, Managemen Program Pendidikan Luar Selolah, konsep Kemandirian, konsep kewirausahaan, konsep gender dalam berwirausaha.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek peneliti terdiri atas pengurus dan peserta Program Terpadu P2WKSS yang dilaksanakan di Desa Cibodas. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: (1) Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Program Terpadu P2WKSS adalah kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan olahan makanan dari bahan dasar susu dan kegiatan bantuan dana untuk modal usaha bagi pedagang kecil. (2) Pengurus Program Terpadu P2WKSS memiliki tanggung jawab dalam setiap kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berupa sosialisasi Program dan pembinaan kepada peserta dalam pelaksanaan program, serta sebagai perantara peserta Program Terpadu P2WKSS di Kampung Areng dengan pihak pemerintah. (3) Peserta Program Terpadu P2WKSS belum memenuhi ciri kemandirian berwirausaha, Kata Kunci : Peran Pengurus, Program Tepadu P2WKSS, Kemandirian Berwirausaha, This thesis is a scientific work of the research report which is based on the difference of the implementation of the program in every village so that the result of this research is the independence of entrepreneurship owned by P2WKSS Integrated Program Participant (Increasing Role of Women Toward Prosperous Healthy Families). The subject of this study may be in the board. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of P2WKSS Integrated Program officers toward self-reliance in entrepreneurship. The theoretical basis of this research is the concept of Role, P2WKSS Integrated Program, Management of Outside Education Program Selolah, concept of Independence, entrepreneurship concept, gender concept in entrepreneurship. The approach used in the research is qualitative approach with case study method. Technique of collecting data through interview, observation, and study documentation. The subject of the research consists of P2WKSS Integrated Program Officers and Participants in Cibodas Village. Based on the results of data processing and discussion of research results, it is found that: (1) The activities undertaken by P2WKSS Integrated Program are training activities of food preparation skill from the basic ingredients of milk and funding activities for business capital for small traders. (2) The P2WKSS Integrated Program Officers have responsibility in every activity undertaken in the form of Program socialization and guidance to participants in program implementation, as well as intermediaries of P2WKSS Integrated Program participants in Kampung Areng with the government.
