Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sampai seberapa jauh penerapan dan proses belajar di bengkel Teknik Elektronika Audio Video(TEAV) di SMK Negeri 4 Bandung dengan memakai standar SNI ISO/IEC 17025, pada mata pelajaran Perekayasaan Sistem Radio dan Televisi (PSRTV) kelas XI program keahlian Teknik Elektronika Audio Video. Penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kualitatif. Terdapat beberapa tahapan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dimulai dengan pembuatan instrumen penelitian, kemudian validitas konstruk dengan expert judgement, kemudian pengambilan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner, dan terakhir adalah menganalisa data tentang manajemen bengkel sesuai komponen SNI ISO/IEC 17025 serta data tentang proses pembelajaran sesuai standar proses. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bengkel TEAV sudah 70% menerapkan komponen pada SNI ISO/IEC 17025, dimana keadaan bengkel sesuai dengan 17 dari 24 komponen dari SNI ISO/IEC 17025. Kemudian proses pembelajarannya sudah dapat dikatakan baik, dalam segi perencanaan proses pembelajaran, silabus dan RPP sudah sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum 2013. Kemudian pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, sudah berfokus pada peserta didik walaupun RPP sifatnya situasional. Kemudian segi penilaian hasil pembelajaran, peserta didik dinilai dari berbagai aspek serta pengawasan proses pembelajaran dilakukan oleh supervisi. Kata kunci: bengkel teknik elektronika, SNI ISO/IEC 17025, proses pembelajaran. Abstract. The purpose of this research is to find out how far applied and the learning process on audio video electronics’s workshop (TEAV) in SMKN 4 Bandung by SNI ISO/IEC 17025, in Radio System and Television Engineering subject in grade XI Audio Video Electronic technique skill program. This research with use qualitative method. There are some steps in this research, starting by produce the research instrumen, then construct validation with expert judgment, after that collecting the data by observing, interviewing, and documenting, the last is analyzing the data about workshop management that fitted the SNI component ISO/IEC 17025 along with the data about learning process in accordance with the process standard. The research result showed the condition of the workshop TEAV 70% is applying with the component in SNI ISO/IEC 17025, in which the condition of workshop is accordance with 17 out of 24 component of SNI ISO/IEC 17025. The learning process could be said better, in learning process plan aspect, the syllabus and lesson plan is in accordance with the demands of the curriculum 2013. Along with that, the implementation of learning process is focused in student although the lesson plan is situational. From the aspect of learning outcomes, student is rated from different aspect and learning process supervision under the supervisor.
