Abstract

PT. Cipaku Indah memiliki tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya, sehingga PT. Cipaku Indah ini memberikan dana CSR kepada ECO Bambu Cipaku berupa non dana yaitu fasilitator, pembelajaran dan fasilitas belajar sebagai upaya untuk memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar ECO Bambu Cipaku. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui:1) Hubungan peran fasilitator terhadap keberdayaan masyarakat sekitar ECO Bambu Cipaku. 2) Hubungan pembelajaran terhadap keberdayaan masyarakat sekitar ECO Bambu Cipaku. 3) Hubungan fasilitas belajar terhadap keberdayaan masyarakat sekitar ECO Bambu Cipaku. 4) Hubungan peran fasilitator, pembelajaran dan fasilitas belajar terhadap keberdayaan masyarakat sekitar ECO Bambu Cipaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini terdiri dari peserta program pemberdayaan masyarakat di ECO Bambu Cipaku yang terdiri dari lima program dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 orang dengan menggunakan proportionate random sampling . Hasil dari penelitian ini memperoleh data sebagai berikut: 1) fasilitator ECO Bambu Cipaku ini unggul saat menganalisis kebutuhan masyarakat dan menjalin keakraban dengan masyarakat. 2) pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di ECO Bambu Cipaku memiliki ciri-ciri pembelajaran yang unggul saat proses perubahan perilaku individu. 3) fasilitas belajar yang diberikan oleh PT. Cipaku Indah mampu membantu masyarakat tanpa meminta masyarakat untuk membayarnya kembali. 4) keberdayaan masyarakat sekitar ECO Bambu Cipaku ini berhasil dengan adanya proses pembelajaran dan fasilitas belajar yang dufasilitasi oleh peran fasilitas belajar. Kata Kunci: Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan, Peran Fasilitator, Pembelajaran, Fasilitas Belajar dan Keberdayaan Masyarakat   ABSTRACT PT. Cipaku Indah has a corporate social responsibility to the surrounding environment, so that PT. Cipaku Indah gives CSR fund to ECO Bambu Cipaku in the form of non fund that is facilitator, learning and learning facility as an effort to empower people around ECO Bambu Cipaku. The purpose of this research is to know: 1) relation of facilitator role to community empowerment around ECO Bambu Cipaku. 2) relation of learning to community empowerment around ECO Bambu Cipaku. 3) relation of learning facility to community empowerment around ECO Bambu Cipaku. 4) relation of role facilitator, learning and learning facilities to the community empowerment around ECO Bambu Cipaku. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population of this study consists of participants of community empowerment program in ECO Bambu Cipaku consisting of five programs with samples taken as many as 60 people using proportionate random sampling. The results of this study obtained the following data: 1) the relation of role facilitator relation to the community empowerment around ECO Bambu Cipaku that "strong enough" and significant. 2) The relation of learning to community empowerment around ECO Bambu Cipaku is "strong" and significant. 3) The relations of learning facilities to community empowerment around ECO Bambu Cipaku is "strong enough" and significant. 4) The relation role of facilitator, learning and learning facilities to community empowerment around ECO Bambu Cipaku which is "very strong" and significant.
