Abstract
Pelatihan ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya kegiatan pelatihan yang dijadikan suatu bentuk program oleh Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan tujuan untuk mennumbuhkan sumberdaya manusia yang lebih baik terutama dalam kinerja pegawai yang tergabung dalam lembaga ini, dengan diadakannya pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode outbond. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kinerja karyawan sebelum mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan penanaman sikap mental disiplin dan jiwa korsa , partisipasi karyawan terhadap pelatihan ini, penerapan metode outbond pada kegiatan pelatihan, peubahan yang terjadi pada karyawan dalam menumbuhkan kinerja pegawai setelah kegiatan pelatihan berlangsung, dan juga menggambarkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan jangka waktu kurang lebih enam bulan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, subjek penelitian sebanyak empat orang yaitu atasan karyawan, satu trainer pelatihan, dan dua orang peserta pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan kinerja karyawan sebelum mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan. Penerapan metode outbond pada kegiatan pelatihan, Perubahan yang terjadi pada karyawan setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam kegiatan pelatihan.;---The training is based on the existence of training activities that serve as a form of program by the Office of Communications and Informatics West Java Province with the aim to mennumbuhkan better human resources, especially in the performance of employees who joined in this institution, with the holding of training using outbound method. This training aims to know the description of the employee's performance before attending the training activities of disciplining and mentoring the mental attitude of the korsa, the employee's participation in this training, the application of outbound method to the training activity, the changes that happened to the employees in growing the employee's performance after the training activity, Describes the supporting and inhibiting factors in this training activity. The training was conducted at Communication and Informatics Department of West Java Province with a period of approximately six months. This research used descriptive research method with qualitative approach, four subjects were employee employee, one training trainer, and two trainees. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, documentation study and triangulation. The results describe employee performance before attending training activities. Implementation of outbound method on training activities, Changes occurring to employees after attending training activities, Supporting factors and obstacles in training activities.
