Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh sarana prasarana pendidikan, praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan lulusan STT – APAC. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang mahasiswa dan sampel yang diambil adalah mahasiswa yang telah menempuh praktik kerja industri yang berjumlah 30 orang mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deksriptif korelasi. Pengujian prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas dan regresi sederhana. Instrument pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket untuk sarana, prasarana dan praktek kerja industri dibuat berdasarkan kisi-kisi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian: sarana prasarana pendidikan dan praktek kerja industri berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan lulusan.;---This study aims to determine the influence of the availability of education infrastructure and the industry work practices or on the job training; on the readiness of graduates STT - APAC. The population of this research was 60 students in general and to be specific on the samples taken to 30 students who have been through the work practices at the industry. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive method of correlation. The preconditions test analysis including normality test and simple regression. Instrument data collection in this study used a questionnaire with content of questions on facilities, infrastructure and industry work practices. The result of data processing obtained: the availability of educational infrastructure and industry work practices contribute a positive impact on the readiness of graduates.
