    Abstract

    Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya efisiensi penggunaan fakorfaktor
    produksi industri makanan kerupuk melarat di Kabupaten Cirebon yang
    belum mencapai target optimum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efisiensi
    faktor-faktor produksi industri makanan kerupuk melarat di Kabupaten Cirebon.
    Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik. Populasi pada
    penelitian ini sebanyak 16 pengusaha industri makanan kerupuk melarat di
    Kabupaten Cirebon, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik
    pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan
    pendekatan frontier non-parametrik, dengan metode Data Envelopment Analysis
    (DEA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) Faktor Produksi yang digunakan
    dalam produksi industri kerupuk melarat adalah modal, tenaga kerja, bahan baku,
    bahan bakar dan bahan penolong. Output yang dimaksud adalah hasil produksi
    kerupuk melarat. (ii) Penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi industri makanan kerupuk
    melarat di Kabupaten Cirebon dikatakan belum optimum baik, melalui VRS
    maupun CRS, kedua model perhitungan menunjukkan angka yang kurang dari 1.
    (iii) Skala produksi indutri kerupuk melarat di Kabupaten Cirebon dengan berada
    pada tahap decreasing returns to scale dengan tingkat skala relatif sebesar 0,868.;--- The main problem in the research is the lack of efficiency of factors production
    being us of kerupuk melarat food industry in Cirebon which does not reach
    optimum target. The purpose of this research is to measure the efficiency factors
    production food industry kerupuk melarat in Cirebon. The method used
    descriptived analytic. The population in this study is 16 entrepreneurs of kerupuk
    melarat food industry in Cirebon, using the technique of saturated samples.Data
    collection technique applied was questionnaires. Data analysis technique Data were
    analyzed using non-parametric frontier approach, the method of Data Envelopment
    Analysis (DEA). The results showed that (i) Production Factors used in the
    production of crackers destitute industry is capital, labor, raw materials, fuels and
    auxiliary materials. Output in question is the result of the production of crackers
    destitute. (ii) The use of factors of production in the food industry crackers destitute
    optimum Cirebon said not good, through VRS and CRS, a second calculation model
    shows a number less than 1. (iii) The production scale industries in Cirebon regency
    destitute crackers with being on stage decreasing returns to scale with the level of
    relative scale 0.868.
