Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tentang hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan keterampilan bermain bola basket. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi berprestasi, gambaran keterampilan bermain bola basket dan mengetahui korelasi antara motivasi berprestasi dengan keterampilan bermain bola basket team basket labschool. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 20 orang dari ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA labschool. Dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling atau sample jenuh. Instrumen penelitian yang di gunakan untuk motivasi berprestasi menggunakan angket atau kuesioner, dan untuk keterampilan bermain bola basket menggunakan tes shooting, tes passing, dan tes dribbling. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis data nilai yang di peroleh untuk motivasi berprestasi yaitu sedang dengan persentase 80%, sedangkan untuk keterampilan bermain bola basket di domisili sedang dengan persentase 65%, dan nilai korelasi r=0.141 dengan nilai sig.(probabilitas)=0.553 maka dari itu penulis mengambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : terdapat hubungan yang tidak signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dan keterampilan bermain bola basket tetapi hubungan tersebut sangat rendah. ---------- This study is about the relationship between achievement motivation and skills to play basketball. The purpose of this study is to describe the achievement motivation, picture basketball playing skills and determine the correlation between achievement motivation and skills to play basketball basketball team Labschool. The method used is descriptive method. Samples used in this study as many as 20 people from extracurricular high school basketball Labschool. By using the technique of total sampling or sample saturated. The research instruments used for achievement motivation using a questionnaire or questionnaires, and for basketball playing skills using a shooting test, the test passing, and dribbling tests. Based on the results of data processing and data analysis values obtained for achievement motivation that was with a percentage of 80%, while the skills of playing basketball at the domicile being with a percentage of 65%, and the value of correlation r = 0141 with sig. (Probability) = 0.553 therefore the authors concluded as follows: there is no significant relationship between achievement motivation and skills to play basketball but the relationship is very low
