Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan mutu kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dalam menerapkan SMM ISO 9001:2008 pada SMKN di Kota Bandung. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada SMKN Rujukan yang ada di Kota Bandung. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 orang pegawai yang ada dalam unit kerja struktur organisasi sekolah dengan teknik pengambilan proposional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan mutu kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dalam menerapkan SMM ISO 9001:2008 pada SMKN di Kota Bandung dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,692; nilai uji signifikansi sebesar 7,914 terbukti signifikan karena t-hitung (7,914) > t-tabel (5,338); hasil perolehan analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 47,9% , hal ini menggambrakan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan mutu kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dalam menerapkan SMM ISO 9001:2008 adalah sebesar 47,9 % dan sisanya sebesar 52,1 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti organisasi, rekan kerja dll. Adapun persamaan regresi Y atas X adalah Y ̂ = 43,500 +0,692 X. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan mutu kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dalam menerapkan SMM ISO 9001:2008 pada SMKN di Kota Bandung.;---The aims of research is to determine the effect of the quality of leadership of school principals on work motivation of employees in implementing QMS ISO 9001: 2008 at Secondary School in Bandung. The research was conducted at Secondary School References in the city of Bandung. The number of respondents in this research were 70 employees in the work unit structure of the organization by making proportional random sampling technique. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. Based on the results of hypothesis testing known to have a positive and significant influence among the leadership of the principal quality of work motivation of employees in implementing QMS ISO 9001: 2008 at Secondary School in Bandung with a correlation coefficient of 0.692; value of 7.914 significance test proved significant because t count (7.914)> t-table (5,338); result of acquisition analysis of determination coefficient of 47.9%, this case illustrates that leadership influence the quality of principals on work motivation of employees in implementing QMS ISO 9001: 2008 was 47.9% and the remaining 52.1% is influenced by other factors such as the organization , co-workers etc. The regression equation of Y on X is Y = 43.500 +0.692 X. It is proved that there are significant positive and significant correlation between the quality of leadership of school principals on work motivation of employees in implementing QMS ISO 9001: 2008 at Secondary School in Bandung.
