Abstract

Pada permainan tenis meja salah satu yang harus dimiliki seorang atlet, agar mampu dengan cepat mengantisivasi dan melakukan serangan balik terhadap lawan adalah dengan memiki akurasi pukulan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh metode pembelajaran dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap akurasi pukulan forehand topspin. Metode pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Praktek Padat (Mased Practice) dan Metode Praktek Distribusi (Distributed Practice), sedangkan koordinasi mata tangan terditi atas koordinasi tinggi dan rendah. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksprerimen desain fakorial 2x2. Subjek penelitian 8 mahasiswa UKM tenis meja UPI yang terbagi atas empat kelompok. Berdasarkan placed Kelompok koordinasi tinggi dan rendah dengan perlakuan MPP, kelompok persepsi motorik tinggi dan rendah dengan perlakukan MPD. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 16 kali pertemuan. Hasil analisa Manova menunjukan Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan akurasi pukulan forehand topspin tenis meja antara siswa yang berlatih dengan menggunakan metode praktek padat dan metode praktek distribusi, metode distribusi lebih baik. Terdapat pengaruh perbedaan antara siswa atau atlet yang memiliki koordinasi mata-tangan tinggi dan rendah terhadap kemampuan akurasi pukulan forehand topspin tenis meja, yang memiliki keterampilan motorik tinggi hasilnya lebih baik dan Kemampuan akurasi pukulan forehand topspin antara yang mengikuti latihan praktek padat dan praktek distribusi juga berbeda secara signifikan pada kemampuan akurasi pukulan forehand topspin dengan koordinasi mata tangan antara yang tinggi dengan yang rendah, berbeda. ; In table tennis, an accurate hit should be possessed by an athlete in order to be able to anticipate and counter attack the opponent. A good and accurate stroke is a necessity. The aim of this research is to examine the effect of exercise method and hand-eye coordination towards the accuracy of forehand topspin in table tennis. The learning method applied here is Massed Practice and Distributed Practice, meanwhile hand-eye coordination cover high and low coordination. Experiment and factorial design 2x2 is used as the research method. The research subjects are 8 students involved in table tennis association (UKM) at UPI Sumedang district which is divided into 4 groups. Based on placed, high and low coordination with MPP treatment, high and low motor perceptual with MPDD treatment. As many as 16 meetings were conducted and Mannova analysis showed that there is a difference of accuracy in the forehand topspin strokes between trained students with massed practice and distributed practice. Distributed practice showed better performance. There is a difference between students or athletes who owned high and low hand-eye coordination towards their forehand topspin stroke accuracy in playing table tennis. Higher ability in motor skill has better results and the accuracy of forehand topspin between those who followed massed practice and distributed practice has also different results significantly with those who have higher and lower hand-eye coordination.
