Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Kebijakan Dividen perusahan pada subsektor farmasi yang diukur dengan dividend payout ratio yang mengalami penurunan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan tersebut adalah Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan net profit margin. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran Profitabilitas dan Kebijakan Dividen, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada perusahaan di subsektor farmasi Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, kemudian teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder net profit margin dan dividend payout ratio subsektor farmasi pada tahun 2010-2014. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa, net profit margin berpengaruh terhadap dividend payout ratio tetapi tidak signifikan. Nilai dari R2 adalah 0,096 yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh dari net profit margin terhadap dividend payout ratio sebesar 9,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 90,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak ada di dalam penelitian ini. --- This research was background by subsector of pharmacy Dividend Policy which measured by dividend payout ratio, it has decrease. One of effect factor is profitability which measured by net profit margin. The purposes of this research are knowing the description of profitability, and dividend policy, also the influence of profitability on dividend policy in bsubsector of pharmacy. The purposes of this research are knowing the description of profitability, and dividend policy, also the influence of profitability on dividend policy in Sub-sectors of Pharmacy.Research method which used in this research is descriptive and verivicative, then analysis technic which used was simple linear regression, also hypothesis testing used T Test. This research uses secunder data net profit margin, and dividend payout ratio in Sub-sectors of Pharmacy from 2010-2014. The result of hypothesis testing in partial show that, net profit margin influence on dividend payout ratio but not significant . The value of R2 is 0,096 that shows influence of net profit margin on dividend payout ratio is 9,6%, whereas the remains 90,4% influenced by other factor that not available in this reasearch.
