Abstract

Telah dilakukan analisis frekuensi getaran gearbox cooling tower untuk optimalisasi predictive maintenance. Frekuensi getaran gearbox yang dihasilkan oleh masing – masing komponen gearbox digunakan untuk menganalisis kerusakan yang terjadi di dalam komponen gearbox seperti unbalance, missalignment, roller bearing, gear tooth wear, gear tooth load, gear ecentricity and backlash, gear cracked, dan gear missalignment. Untuk mendeteksi berbagai kerusakan tersebut, maka dilakukan analisis frekuensi menggunakan metode studi dokumentasi yang dilakukan dengan cara mencari rumus – rumus yang sesuai dengan komponen – komponen gearbox dan mengumpulkan data – data pada masing – masing komponen gearbox. Studi dokumentasi ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan nilai frekuensi getaran yang dibangkitkan oleh masing – masing komponen gearbox yang dapat mengindikasi terjadi kerusakan pada komponen - komponen gearbox. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, maka diperoleh nilai frekuensi getaran dari masing – masing komponen gearbox diantaranya nilai frekuensi shaft sebesar 985 rpm, nilai frekuensi fan sebesar 127 rpm, nilai frekuensi gearmesh helical gear 8.890 rpm dan gearmesh spiral bevel gear 51.220 rpm, nilai frekuensi bearing berada dalam rentang 0,466 rpm sampai dengan 34.533,34 rpm, dan nilai frekuensi gear yang berada dalam rentang 5,68 rpm sampai dengan 20.685 rpm. Kata Kunci : gearbox, frekuensi, predictive maintenance, studi dokumentasi. Have performed the analyze of vibration frequencies to optimize predictive maintenance of gearbox cooling tower. Gearbox vibration frequencies produced by components gearbox cooling tower which used to analyze the damage in gearbox cooling tower that occurs in gearbox components such as unbalance, missalignment, roller bearings, gear tooth wear, tooth load gear, gear ecentricity and backlash, gear cracked, and gear missalignment. To detect it, the method of documentary studies used to analyze frequency of the components gearbox cooling tower by finding the formula corresponding to components gearbox and collect data on each components gearbox. This study is used to generate documentation vibrational frequency valuesgenerated by each components gearbox that may indicate damage to the components gearbox. Based on the results of data processing, the obtained values of the vibrational frequencies individual components such as the gearbox shaft frequency value is 985 rpm, the fan frequency value is 127 rpm, the gearmesh frequency value is 8.890 rpm helical gear and gearmesh frequency of spiral bevel gear is 51.220 rpm, bearing frequency values are in the range of 0,466 rpm up to 34533.34 rpm, and the value of the frequency of gear are in the range of 5.68 rpm up to 20,685 rpm.
