Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kondisi fisik , kesiapan mental dan pemahaman peraturan permainan dengan kinerja wasit futsal. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif. Dengan sampel sebanyak 15 orang wasit level 1 nasional kota Bandung. Instrumen penelitian yang akan dipergunakan untuk kondisi fisik menggunakn tes Physical Fitness yang telah ditetapkan oleh FIFA. Sedangkan untuk Kesiapan mental dan pemahaman peraturan untuk instrumen yang dipergunakan ialah angket kuesioner. Sedangkan untuk mengukur kinerja wasit dipergunakan form penilaian wasit yang dikeluarkan oleh FIFA. Hasil yang diperoleh terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kondisi fisik dengan kinerja wasit futsal sebesar 0.653, kesiapan mental dengan kinerja sebesar 0.703 dan pemahaman peraturan dengan kinerja sebesar 0.496 serta hubungan ketiganya dengan kinerja sebesar 0.836 sedangkan kontribusi kondisi fisik, kesiapan mental dan pemahaman peraturan dengan kinerja wasit futsal adalah sebesar 69.80%, sedangkan sisanya 31,10 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti situasi penonton, kepercayaan diri, motivasi prestasi dalam memimpin pertandingan dan kerjasama antara wasit yang bertugas. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa kondisi fisik ,kesiapan mental , dan pemahaman peraturan dengan kinerja wasit futsal memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan berkontribusi dengan kinerja wasit futsal.;--- This study aims to investigate the relationship between physical condition, mental readiness and understanding of the game rules with the futsal referee's performance . The method used is descriptive method. With a sample of 15 referees national level 1 Bandung. The research instruments that will be used for the physical condition Physical Fitness menggunakn tests set by FIFA. As for the mental readiness and understanding of the regulations for the instrument used was questionnaires. Meanwhile, to measure the performance of the referee assessment forms used referee issued by FIFA. Results obtained a significant relationship between physical condition with the performance of referee futsal by 0653, mental readiness with a performance of 0703 and understanding of regulations, with the performance of 0496 as well as the relationships between the three with a performance of 0836 while the contribution of physical condition, mental readiness and understanding of regulations, with the performance of referee futsal amounted to 69.80%, while the remaining 31.10% influenced by other factors such as the situation of the audience, self-confidence, motivation and achievement in leading the match referee in charge of cooperation between. It shows that the physical condition, mental readiness, and understanding of the regulations with futsal referee's performance has a significant relationship and contribute to the performance of futsal referees.
