Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya keberhasilan usaha yang diukur dari laba usaha yang diterima para penerima pinjaman modal usaha Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Subjek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah para penerima pinjaman usaha Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pemberdayaan Ekonomi di Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey explanatori dengan kuisioner penelitian sebagai alat pengumpul data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 responden, yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa laba usaha perusahaan yg bergerak dibidang jasa kredit elektronik yang paling tinggi dan yang terendah bidang jasa salon; perilaku kewirausahaan yang dimiliki para penerima pinjaman modal usaha pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha para penerima pinjaman modal usaha Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pemberdayaan Ekonomi di Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon.;--- The background of this research is the low success of the business as measured by operating income received loan recipients Technical Unit Economic Empowerment in Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon. The purpose of this research is to determine whether entrepreneurial behavior can influence the success of the business. The subject of this research is loan recipients Technical Unit Economic Empowerment in Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon. The method used in this research is explanatory survey by questionnaire research as a means of collecting data. The sample in this study amounted to 37 respondents. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using simple regression. The research proves that the success of the views of business profits, firms engaged in service electronic credit obtain operating profit highest and lowest operating profit generated by the service sector salon, entrepreneurial behavior owned loan recipients Technical Unit Economic Empowerment in the high category. Based on hypothesis test result, entrepreneurial behavior positive effect on the success of the loan recipients Technical Unit Economic Empowerment in Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon.
