Abstract

Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengungkapdampakkeberadaanindustriterhadapperubahanstruktursosialmasyarakat.Keberadaandariindustrisangatberdampakpadakehidupanmasyarakatbaiksecarapositifmaupunnegatif.Salahsatucarauntukmenanggulangidampaknegatif yang terjadiakibatadanyakeberadaanindustriyaitudengandibentuknya program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sebagaibentuktanggungjawabsosialperusahaanterhadapmasyarakatdanlingkungansekitarperusahaan. Penelitianmenggunakanmetodepenelitiandeskriptifdenganpendekatanpenelitiankombinasi (mix method).Sampelmenggunakantekniksampelprobability samplingdenganSimple random samplinguntukpengambilansampel yang dilakukan di DesaBojongKecamatanCikupaKabupatenTangerang.Instrumen yang digunakanberbentukangketdenganmenggunakanskalapolitomi 1-5, dengananalisisinstrumenvaliditasdanreliabilitasserta instrument pedomanwawancara, observasidandokumentasi.Hasilpenelitiankuantitatifmenggunakananalisisujiasumsistastistikmencakupujinormalitas, ujimultikolinieritasdanujihomogenitas.Hipotesismenggunakanujianalisisregresidananalisisjalur (path analysis).Hasilpenelitiankualitatifmenggunakananalisisreduksi data, display data danverifikasi data.Berdasarkanhasilpenelitianditemukanbahwa: (1) KeberadaanindustriberpengaruhpadamasyarakatDesaBojong (2) Program CSR berpengaruhpadamasyarakatDesaBojong. (3) perubahanstruktursosialmasyarakatterjadi di DesaBojong. (4) Keberadaanindustriberpengaruhsecarasignifikanterhadapperubahanstruktursosialmasyarakat di DesaBojongKecamatanCikupaKabupatenTangerang.(5) Keberadaanindustriberpengaruhsecarasignifikanterhadapperubahanstruktursosialmasyarakatmelalui program corporate social responsibility (CSR) sebagaivariabel intervening di DesaBojongKecamatanCikupaKabupatenTangerang.;-- This study aims to reveal the impact of the presence of the industry to changes in the social structure of society. The existence of the industry is very impact on people's lives both positively and negatively. One of the main ways to cope with negative impacts caused by the existence of the industry, namely the establishment of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a form of corporate social responsibility towards society and the environment surrounding the company. Research using descriptive research method with a combination of research approaches (mix method). Samples using sampling techniques probability sampling Simple random sampling for sampling conducted in the village of BojongsubdistrictCikupaTangerang District. The instruments used in the form politomi questionnaire using a scale of 1-5, with analytical instruments as well as the validity and reliability of the instrument interview, observation and documentation. The results of quantitative research using statistical analysis includes the assumption normality test, multicollinearity and homogeneity test. Test hypotheses using regression analysis and path analysis. The results of a qualitative study using analysis of data reduction, data display and data verification. According to the research found that: (1) The existence of industry influence on society Bojong (2) Program CSR affects the communities in Bojong. (3) changes in social structure occurs in Bojong village. (4) The existence of significant influence on the industry changes in the social structure in the village of BojongsubdistrictCikupaTangerang District. (5) The existence of significant influence on the industry changes in the social structure of society through corporate social responsibility (CSR) as an intervening variable in BojongsubdistrictCikupaTangerang District
