Abstract

Kebutuhan beton mutu tinggi semakin meningkat pada konstruksi, semen merupakan salah satu komponen untuk campuran beton. Maka penulis ingin memanfaatkan serbuk batu gamping dengan substitusi sebagian dari semen sebagai campuran beton mutu tinggi yang menggunakan superplasticizer jenis Sica Cim untuk membantu workability dengan fas yang digunakan 0,26. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan kuat tekan beton HSC normal dengan beton yang disubstitusi semennya dengan serbuk batu gamping dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh serbuk batu gamping terhadap kuat tekan beton HSC. Pada penelitian ini beton High Strenght Concrete (HSC) dirancang dengan kuat tekan yang mencapai 50 MPa. Terdapat empat variasi campuran serbuk batu gamping yaitu 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20% dari berat semen. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi slump test dan uji kuat tekan pada usia beton 7, 14 dan 28 hari. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat mensubstitusi sebagian semen menggunakan serbuk batu gamping pada beton High Strength Concrete (HSC). Kuat tekan tertinggi terdapat pada komposisi beton dengan campuran serbuk batu gamping sebanyak 5% pada usia beton 28 hari yang mencapai 52,87 MPa. Sedangkan hasil kuat tekan terendah terdapat pada komposisi beton dengan campuran serbuk batu gamping sebanyak 20% dengan hasil kuat tekan mencapai 50,17 MPa. The high quality of the concrete needs the ever increasing in the construction, cement is one of the components for the concrete mix. Then the writers want to make limestone powder with substitution of cement as part of high quality concrete mix that type of superplasticizer using Sica Cim to assist workability with water cement ratio used 0,26. The purpose of this research is to know the comparison of strong HSC normal concrete with a compressive concrete substitution of cement with limestone powder and to know the influence of limestone powder for compressive strength concrete HSC. On the research of concrete designed with strong HSC press which reaches 50 MPa. There are four variations of the limestone powder mixture that is 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of cement weight. Testing conducted include the slump test and test compressive strength at the 7, 14 and 28 days. The result of this research can be a partial substitution of cement use limestone powder on concrete HSC. Compressive strength the highest found in the composition of concrete with limestone powder blend as much 5% on the concrete 28 days to reach 52,87 MPa. While the compressive strength the lowest refractory composition of concrete with limestone powder blend as much 20% with compressive strength result reaches 50,17 MPa.
