Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) publik secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan terhadap populasi penduduk terkait standar kebutuhan luas RTH per-kapita. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sampel manusia untuk mengetahui sikap masyarakat terhadap keberadaan dan manfaat RTH, sedangkan sampel wilayah digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi ketersediaan RTH publik di Kecamatan Jatinangor. Skala likert digunakan sebagai metode pengukuran sikap masyarakat, sedangkan untuk menghitung kebutuhan RTH di Tahun 2040 disesuaikan dengan standar dari Pedoman Penyediaan RTH Perkotaan dalam Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 05/PRT/M/2008. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketersediaan RTH publik aktual Tahun 2015 di Kecamatan Jatinangor seluas 146,5 ha yaitu sekitar 5,6% dari luas wilayah dengan pola menyebar dan memiliki tingkat rasio RTH publik sangat kurang berkisar 0,08% sampai 5,95%. Berdasarkan proyeksi jumlah penduduk di Tahun 2040, Kecamatan Jatinangor masih membutuhkan RTH publik seluas 214,4 ha dari jumlah total keseluruhan sebesar 360,9 ha. Hasil perhitungan tersebut diperoleh angka kebutuhan spasial RTH untuk beraktivitas per-orang seluas 20 m2. Standar tersebut telah disesuaikan untuk pengembangan penyediaan RTH publik di Tahun 2040 dengan didukung data sikap masyarakat tentang keberadaan dan manfaat RTH.; This research aims to identify the needs of green open space (RTH) public quantitatively with the approach to the population needs of broad standards related to RTH per-capita. The sample used in this study is human samples to find out the attitude of society to the existence and benefits of RTH, whereas the sample area is used to identify the availability of green open space public in Jatinangor. Likert scale is used as a method of measuring the attitude of society, whereas to calculate the needs of RTH in 2040 adapted to the standards of the guidelines on provision of green open space urban in the regulation of the Minister of public works no. 05/PRT/M/2008. The results show that the availability of green open space actual public by 2015 in Jatinangor is 146,5 widest ha which is about 5,6% of the area with the pattern of spread and it has a level of green open space public which is very less ratio ranges 0,08% to 5,95%. Based on the projection of the number of inhabitants in 2040, Jatinangor still needs green open space public covering an area of 214,4 ha of the total overall amounted to 360,9 ha. The calculation results obtained by the number of green open space spatial needs to have activity per-person area of 20 m2. These standards have been adapted to the development of green open space public provision in 2040 supported by the attitude of the public data about the existence and benefits of RTH.
