Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan diberlakukannya Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) yang akan sangat terasa oleh lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) yang lebih ditujukan agar siap masuk dalam dunia kerja. Lulusan SMK ini dituntut untuk siap menghadapi persaingan dengan tenaga kerja dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Salah satu faktor yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa untuk menghadapi persaingan global ini adalah sikap kerja yang baik. Pada umumnya sikap kerja yang baik akan berkaitan dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap kerja siswa dan prestasi belajar siswa pada praktik finishing konstruksi kayu kelas XII di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung, serta untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan sikap kerja dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada praktik finishing konstruksi kayu kelas XII di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi untuk variabel sikap kerja dan dokumentasi untuk variabel prestasi belajar siswa pada praktik finishing konstruksi kayu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Teknik Konstruksi Kayu tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan jumlah 52 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sikap kerja siswa sudah baik saat praktik finishing konstruksi kayu ,ini bisa terlihat dari tingginya persentase tingkat kedisiplinan,tanggung jawab siswa dan kerjasama siswa saat praktik. Prestasi siswa juga sudah baik karena semua siswa memiliki niai di atas nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Dan hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap kerja dengan prestasi siswa pada praktik finishing konstruksi kayu kelas XII di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung. : Sikap Kerja, Prestasi Siswa This research is motivated by the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which will be felt by the graduates of Vocational High Schools , which is intended to be ready to enter the world of work. Vocational High School graduates is expected to be ready to face the competition with workers in the country and abroad. One factor that should be owned by the students to face the global competition is a good working attitude. In general, a good working attitude to be related to student achievement. This research aims to determine the attitude of the student work and student achievement on finishing practice wooden construction XII class at Vocational High Schools 6 Bandung, as well as to determine the attitude of the working relationship with student achievement on finishing practice wooden construction XII class at Vocational High Schools 6 Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic method with quantitative approach. Data collection tool that is used in the form of observation sheet for variable working attitude and documentation for the variable student achievement on finishing practice wooden construction. The population in this study is a class XII student of Competence Engineering Construction Wood academic year 2015/2016 the number of 52 students. The sample used in this study are saturated sampling technique. From the results of the study showed that the students had a good working attitude when finishing practice wooden construction, it can be seen from the high percentage level of discipline, responsibility of students and student collaboration when practices. Student achievement is also good because all students have a value above the minimum completeness criteria. And the results of this study also proves that there is a significant relationship between the attitude of working with student achievement on finishing practice wooden construction XII class at Vocational High School 6 Bandung.
