Abstract

Cipanas Cileungsing merupakan suatu kawasan wisata yang memiliki potensi SDA berupa air panas. Masalah yang terdapat di Cipanas Cileungsing adalah kurangnya pengembangan khususnya pengembangan atraksi wisata. Maka dalam penelitian ini penulis memfokuskan pada analisis pengembangan atraksi wisata di Cipanas Cileungsing, namun sesuai dengan preferensi wisatawan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan analisis deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Penulis mengadakan observasi untuk melihat bagaimana kondisi atraksi wisata saat ini dan melakukan wawancara pada pihak pengelola Cipanas Cileungsing untuk mengetahui rencana pengembangan atraksi. Selanjutnya melakukan penyebaran angket yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan preferensi wisatawan mengenai rencana pengembangan atraksi yang akan dilakukan pengelola.
Selain mengembangkan atraksi wisata yang telah ada di Cipanas Cileungsing. Pengelolapun memiliki rencana menambah atraksi wisata di Cipanas Cileungsing. Yaitu dengan menambah kawasan wisata waterboom dan SPA. Dari kuisioner yang telah disebarkan kepada 50 wisatawan, untuk mengetahui kondisi atraksi wisata dan fasilitas di Cipanas Cileungsing didapatkan hasil bahwa sebagian besar fasilitas dan atraksi wisata di Cipanas Cileungsing berkondisi buruk. Maka dari itu sangat membutuhkan pengembangan dan pemeliharaan. Pihak pengelola telah berencana mengembangkan waterboom dan SPA di Cipanas Cileungsing. Terhadap kedua rencana pengelola didapatkan hasil dari data angket bahwa 92,4 % wisatawan sangat setuju dengan pengembangan waterboom dan 40 % wisatawan yang setuju pengembangan SPA. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan yang sesuai dengan preferensi wisatawan di Cipanas Cileungsing adalah pengembangan waterboom.
--------- Cipanas Cileungsing is a tour destination that has a hot spring as a natural potential. The problem that Cipanas Cileungsing has is the less of development, especially in tourist attraction. In this research, writer focused on how to analysis tourist attraction in Cipanas Cileunging, based on tourist preference.
This research used analyze and descriptive method and qulitative approach. The writer observed to see tourist attraction conditions now and interviews the management in Cipanas Cileungsing to know the plan of attraction development. and then furthermore spread the questionnaire that have a purpose to get tourist preference about that plan of attraction development.
Beside to develop the tourist attraction there are in Cipanas Cileungsing. The management is have plan to increase tourist attraction in Cipanas Cileungsing are increase waterboom and SPA. Base from the quisioner that divide to 50 tourist to know tourist attraction and facilities condition in Cipanas Cileungsing. The writer get the result that all of them the facilities and tourist attraction in Cipanas Cileungsing have bad condition. And then that is still need the develop and maintenance. The management have plan to developing the waterboom and SPA in Cipanas Cileungsing. Based on two the management plan, writer get a result from questionnaire that 92,1% tourist are agree with the plan to develop the waterboom and 40% tourist ae agree with the plan to develop the SPA. Therefore, the development that appropiate with the tourist preference is the plan to develop the waterboom. In order to make the development planning become more appropriate to target, then the writer do SWOT analysis. Based on identification result eksternal and internal factor that influenced the existing of Cipanas Cileungsing. SWOT Result that use the writer for determine the step of solution that management can do.
