Abstract
Unit produksi roti yang ada di SMKN 1 Kuningan sudah berjalan sejak tahun 2007 dengan koordinasi yang cukup baik dan dapat dikatakan sebagai industri kecil bagi jurusan Teknologi Hasil Pertanian (THP). Selama ini unit produksi berjalan tanpa adanya POS sehingga unit produksi roti SMKN 1 Kuningan sulit untuk berkembang. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat POS unit produksi dan mencoba untuk menerapkannya kepada siswa THP SMKN 1 Kuningan. POS unit produksi yang telah dibuat dan diujicoba untuk diterapkan, terdiri dari empat jenis POS diantaranya yaitu: POS laboratorium, POS bahan baku, POS penggunaan alat, dan POS proses produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode R&D. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode R&D ini yaitu: identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, pengembangan POS, validasi POS, Revisi I, ujicoba skala kecil, revisi II, ujicoba skala besar, revisi akhir dan implementasi POS. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini yaitu: POS yang telah dibuat pada umumnya sudah dapat diterapkan dengan baik oleh siswa. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada hasil ujicoba skala kecil 55,26% siswa sudah dapat menerapkan POS dengan baik. Sedangkan pada hasil ujicoba skala besar 87,60% dan pada implementasi POS 89,49%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa dapat menerima dan menerapkan POS dengan baik dan benar setelah melalui tiga kali revisi dan diberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai pentingnya bekerja di laboratorium unit produksi menggunakan POS. ---------- Unit production of bread in SMK 1 Kuningan has been running since 2007 with a fairly good coordination and can be regarded as a small industry for the Department of Agricultural Technology (THP). During this production unit run without the POS so that the unit production of bread SMK 1 Kuningan difficult to develop. Therefore, this research aims to create a POS unit production and try to apply it to students THP SMK 1 Kuningan. POS production units which have been created and tested to be applied, consists of four types of POS such as: POS laboratory, POS materials, POS use of tools, and POS production process.This research was conducted using the method of R&D. The steps performed in the research using the method of R&D are: problem identification, data collection, development POS, validation POS, Revision I, a small-scale trial, revisions II, large-scale trials, the final revision and implementation of POS. The results obtained in this research are: POS that have been made are generally already be implemented well by the students. This can be seen on a small scale test results 55.26% of students have been able to implement well the POS. While the results of large-scale trials at 87.60% and the implementations POS at 89,49%. It can be concluded thatstudents can accept and implement POS properly after going through three revisions and given a deeper understanding of the importance of work in the laboratory production unit using the POS.
