Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja guru di SMA swasta di Kota Cimahi yang terlihat dari belum maksimalnya guru ekonomi dalam merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan fisik dan lingkungan sosial terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey explanatory dengan responden guru ekonomi SMA swasta di Kota Cimahi serta teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan fisik dan lingkungan sosial berada pada kategori sedang serta kinerja guru berada pada kategori sedang. Secara parsial lingkungan fisik dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Kata kunci: lingkungan fisik, lingkungan sosial, kinerja guru. The problem in this reaserch is low performance of the economic teacher at senior high school in Cimahi city that can be seen from the unmaximal performance of the teacher to plan the subject, to do the subject, and to evaluate the subject wich effects the students’ study outcome. The aim of the reserch is to know the effect physical environment and social environment to teachers’ work performance. This reserch used survey explanatory method with the economical teachers’ of non govermance senior high school in Cimahi and using double regression analysis technic. The result of this reserch show that physical environment, social environment and teacher performance lied at the medium category. Partialy,the physical environment and social environment giving positive effect to the teachers’ work performance. Keywords’: physical environment, social environment, teachers’ performance.
