Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kondisi faktual bahwa keterampilan kewirausahaan warga belajar Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan Tisaga Caterias kurang baik. Berdasarkan pada kondisi obyektif tersebut, maka pelatihan pengembangan kewirausahaan tata rias pengantin dilaksanakan untuk mencapai kompetensi kewirausahaan warga belajar Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan Tisaga Caterias. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian pada Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan dengan menggunakan penelitian evaluatif. Penelitian evaluatif yang digunakan menilai program secara keseluruhan berdasarkan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Peneliti menentukan model evaluasi CIPP sebagai model yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi program karena peneliti akan menganalisis Program Pelatihan dan Kursus dalam Mencapai Kompetensi Kewirausahaan berdasarkan komponen-komponennya. Dari latar belakang tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah; (1) Mengetahui keberhasilan program tata rias pengantin dalam mencapai kompetensi kewirausahaan pada aspek context. (2) Mengetahui keberhasilan program tata rias pengantin dalam mencapai kompetensi kewirausahaan pada aspek input. (3) Mengetahui keberhasilan program tata rias pengantin dalam mencapai kompetensi kewirausahaan pada aspek process. (4) Mengetahui keberhasilan program tata rias pengantin dalam mencapai kompetensi kewirausahaan pada aspek product. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan studi evaluatif berdasarkan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket, wawancara, observasi. Subjek Penelitian ini ialah peserta pelatihan dan alumni dari program kursus Tata Rias Pengantin Tisaga Caterias. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Evaluasi Program Pelatihan Tata Rias Pengantin dalam Mencapai Kompetensi Kewirausahaan ditafsirkan sangat berhasil.----------This research was motivated by the factual conditions that student’s entrepreneurial skills in was unfavorable. Based on the objective conditions, the entrepreneurship development training bridal implemented to achieve entrepreneurial competencies learners Courses and Training Institute Tisaga Caterias. Based on this background, the researchers are interested in doing research at the Institute Courses and Training by using evaluative research. Evaluative research used assess the overall program evaluation model based on CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Researchers determine the CIPP evaluation model as the model used to evaluate the program because the researchers will analyze and Training Program for Achieving Competence Course Entrepreneurship based components. From this background, the purposes of this study are; (1) to determine the program's success in achieving bridal entrepreneurial competence on context aspects. (2) to determine the program's success in achieving bridal entrepreneurial competence on the input aspect. (3) to know the program's success in achieving bridal entrepreneurial competencies in process aspects. (4) to know the program's success in achieving bridal entrepreneurial competence on product aspects. The research method is descriptive quantitative method using evaluative study approach based on the model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Instruments used in the research are form of questionnaires, interviews, observation. Subjects of this study are trainees and alumni of the program courses Tisaga Caterias Bridal Makeup. The results showed that the Evaluation Bridal Makeup Training Program in Entrepreneurship Competence Achieving was good.
