Abstract
Dalam proses pembelajaran siswa memerlukan buku ajar untuk membantu siswa lebih memahami mata pelajaran terutama pada saat pembelajaran. Tujuan utama dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku ajar pada mata pelajaran dasar pengendalian mutu hasil pertanian dan perikanan sebagai bahan ajar untuk siswa SMK kelas X program keahlian teknologi pengolahan hasil pertanian. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Prosedur pengembangan buku ajar meliputi tahap mengidentifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, pengembangan produk, validasi ahli, revisi produk, uji coba skala kecil, revisi dari uji coba skala kecil, dan uji coba skala besar.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar yang dikembangkan termasuk kriteria layak ditinjau dari segi media dengan persentase skor 68,15 % serta termasuk kriteria sangat layak ditinjau dari segi materi dan bahasa dengan persentase skor berturut-turut 86,30 % dan 89,58 %. Selain itu, buku ajar dapat dinterpretasikan sangat baik dalam uji coba skala kecil menunjukkan skor persentase 86,87%, sedangkan uji coba skala besar menunjukkan skor persentase rata-rata 84,93% dengan interpretasi sangat baik.---------- In the learning process of the students do not have a handle in the form of textbooks to help students better understand the subject, especially when learning. The main objective of this study was to produce a book on the subject of basic quality control of agricultural products and fisheries as teaching material for students of class X SMK membership program processing technology pertanian.Pada study was conducted in the Research and Development (R & D). The procedures of the book includes the step of identifying the potential and problems, data collection, product development, validation experts, the revision of the product, small-scale trials, revision of small-scale trials, and pilot scale besar.Hasil research shows that textbooks are being developed, including qualifying criteria in terms of media with a score of 68.15% and the percentage of highly qualified criteria in terms of content and language with consecutive scores of 86.30% and 89.58%. In addition, the book can be interpreted very well in small-scale trials showed that the percentage score of 86.87%, while large-scale testing shows the average percentage score of 84.93% with a very good interpretation.
