Abstract

Terminal Tipe A merupakan terminal bus yang melayani pelayanan taransportasi umum antar kota dalam provinsi, antar kota antar provinsi serta pelayanan tranasportasi kota ataupun desa. Kota Bandung sebagai tujuan wisata, pendidikan dan ekonomi yang banyak dikunjungi oleh masyarakat luar Bandung dengan menggunaakan bus. Pada saat ini Kota Bandung memiliki 2 terminal tipe A yaitu Terminal Leuwi Panjang dan Terminal Cicaheum. Namun seiring perkembangan kota Terminal tipe A di Kota Bandung saat ini dinilai tidak layak melayani pelayan terminal tipe A akibat lokasi terminal yang dekat dengan pusat kota serta berkembangnya area pusat kota sehingga terdapat kesulitan untuk melakukan pengembangan area. Sehingga Kota Bandung memerlukan perencanaan Terminal Tipe A yang dapat mengatasi segala permasalahan yang timbul pada terminal-terminal sebelumnya. Salah satu permasalahan utama pada terminal yaitu sirkulasi silang antar kendaraan dan penumpang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut penulis menggunakan pendekatan sistem untuk memperbaiki sistem terminal dengan menerapkan sistem pelayan bandara dimana penumpang harus mengikuti alur pelayanan dan terdapat area steril yang berfungsi sebagai area tempat bertemunya kendaraan umum dan calon penumpang saja. Lokasi Terminal Tipe A Kota Bandung ini berada di Jalan Rancapacing, Cisaranten Kidul, Gedebage. Penentuan lokasi tersebut didasari oleh perencanaan Tata Ruang Tata Wilayah Kota Bandung tahun 2011-2031 dimana terdapat perencanaan Pusat Primer Gedebage yang salah satunya terdapat perencanaan terminal terpadu yang terdiri dari stasiun dan terminal tipe A. Tema yang diterapkan pada Terminal tipe A ini adalah Arsitektur Hijau, dimana sebagai fasilitas yang terdiri dari bangunan dan kendaraan, terminal dinilai sebagai salah satu penyumbang pengkonsumsian energi terbanyak, sehingga penerapan tema tersebut dinilai cocok untuk diaplikasikan pada perancangan terminal tipe A. Salah satunya yaitu dengan memberikan batasan jumlah parkir, pengunaan sumber energi matahari, pengelohan air danau, dan pencahyaan alami. Kata Kunci: Terminal Tipe A, Kota Bandung, Pendekatan Sistem, Sistem Pelayanan Bandara, Arsitektur Hijau. Terminal Type A is a bus terminal that serves public transportation services between cities within the province, inter-city inter-provincial and including transportation services of town or village. Bandung city as a tourist destination, education and economics that are frequently visited by the public outside Bandung by bus. At this time the city of Bandung has two types A terminals namely are Terminal Leuwi Panjang and Cicaheum. However, along with the City Development, Terminal type A in Bandung currently is not feasible to serve the services of terminal type A , due to the location of the terminal is close to the city center as well as the development of the downtown area, so there are difficulties to carry out the development of the area. Bandung city requires planning for Terminal Type A that can overcome all the problems that appear in the terminals before. One of the main problems at the terminal is a crossing circulation between vehicles and passengers. To overcome these problems the author uses a system approach to improve the system by implementing a service airports system where passengers must follow the flow of services and there is a sterile area which has function as meeting point for public transport and passengers only. Location Terminal Type A Bandung is located in Rancapacing Street, Cisaranten Kidul, Gedebage. The location determination is based on the planning of the Spatial Planning, Bandung Region in 2011-2031 where there are Planning Primary Center of Gedebage, one of it which contained an integrated terminal planning consists of the station and terminal type A. The theme is applied to the Terminal Type A This is Green Architecture, where as a facility that consists of buildings and vehicles, terminal is rated as one of the biggest contributors to energy consumption, so the application is considered suitable for the theme applied to the design of the terminal type A. One of them is to provide a limited number of parking, use of solar energy resources, processing of lake water, and natural lighting.
