Abstract

Problem of this research is sum up the grad is permeated. in industry in three the last year experience of degradation. Pursuant to data from Industrial Relation of SMKN 12 Bandung have been happened] degradation. from 80,8 % ( 2011 / 2012) becoming 59,32 % (2013 / 2014). less be permeated inseparable the than result learn obtained student. Pursuant to data summarize Result of Test of grad National 2013 / 2014 there are student owning small value effect of find difficulties to learn. Difficulty learn the is not quit of some factor that is internal factor. and factor ekternal. One of internal factor is student perception. This research target is to know the disseminate of student perception of about grad competence in requiring in industry. know the disseminate result of learning student SMKN 12 Bandung. and know be enggage relation between perception of student of grad interest work with the result learn student. Method used in this research is descriptive method analyse. Research type use the approach of method korelasional. Result of analysis of data menunjukan that: (1) result disseminate data of student perception of about grad competency be at the medium category. (2 result disseminate data of learning student be at the high category.(3) assess the correlation between student perception about grad competence which is requiring in industry to result learn to showing the very low value. thereby can conclusion that relation between student perception about grad conpetencet required in industry with the result learn not signifikan ---------- Jumlah lulusan yang terserap industri berdasarkan data dari Hubungan Industri SMKN 12 Bandung mengalami penurunan dari 80,8 % (2011/2012) menjadi 59,32 % (2013/2014). Ketidakterserapan tersebut tidak dapat dipisahkan dari hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa. Berdasarkan data rekapitulasi Hasil Ujian Nasional lulusan 2013/2014 terdapat siswa yang memiliki nilai kecil akibat mengalami kesulitan belajar. Kesulitan belajar tersebut tidak terlepas dari beberapa faktor baik internal maupun ekternal. Salah satu factor internal adalah persepsi siswa.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sebaran persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi lulusan yang di butuhkan di industri, mengetahui sebaran hasil belajar siswa SMKN 12 Bandung, serta mengetahui terdapat atau tidaknya hubungan antara persepsi siswa kompetensi lulusan kerja dengan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode korelasional.
Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa: (1) sebaran data persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi lulusan berada pada kategori sedang, (2) sebaran data hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori tingi, (3) nilai korelasi antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi lulusan yang di butuhkan di industri terhadap hasil belajar menunjukan nilai yang sangat rendah. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi lulusan yang dibutuhkan di industri terhadap hasil belajar tidak signifikan
