    Abstract

    Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi yang di lihat dari rata-rata nilai Ujian Akhir Semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang tidak memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada kelas X dan XI IIS di SMAN 19 Bandung. Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap motivasi belajar dan pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap hasil belajar dengan mediasi motivasi belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner penelitian sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X dan XI IIS kemudian diambil sampel sebanyak 122 siswa dengan teknik propotional stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar dengan mediasi motivasi belajar dan adanya pengaruh mediasi.

    The background of this research is based by the low performing course in economics in 2014/2015 final examination by the students of SMAN 19 Bandung. It is factually proven with most of the students in class X and XI IIS did not even pass the passing grade that has been set. The purpose of this study itself is to find out the influence of the concept of pedagogical competence toward the learning outcomes which incorporating motivation and learning methods. By utilizing questioners and the explanatory method as a tool to collect data, the sample of student of X and XI IIS class were taken with proportional stratified random sampling technique. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using path analysis regression and Sobel test. The result of the research showed that the pedagogical competence significantly affected the students’ learning outcomes and the effect of mediation.
