Abstract

Penilaian merupakan satu kesatuan yang utuh di dalam proses pembelajaran, maka setiap guru dituntut memiliki kapasitas kemampuan untuk melaksanakan penilaian secara tepat agar hasil yang diperoleh melalui penilaian tersebut mampu memberikan gambaran yang benar dari tingkat kemampuan siswa. Pemahaman guru yang baik tentang hakikat, prosedur, jenis-jenis serta prinsip-prinsip penilaian merupakan kerangka mendasar untuk membangun kemampuan melaksanakan penilaian yang tepat. Salah satu prinsip pada kurikulum berbasis kompetensi adalah menggunakan acuan kriteria, yakni menggunakan kriteria paling rendah untuk menyatakan peserta didik mencapai ketuntasan dinamakan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Program berjalan dan sudah disebarkan kesekolah. Tetapi setelah dilihat dan dianalisis ternyata pengisian dan penetapan penilaian yang menjadi acuan patokkan tidak seperti yang diharapkan sesuai dengan konsep criteria ketuntasan minimal. Dimana sekolah banyak yang menyalah iaturan-aturan dalam penetapan penilaian.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi penilaian dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya di SDN Nata Endah I dan SDN Nata Endah II : (1). Pemahaman TPS tentang konsep penilaian, (2). Perencanaan atau persiapan implementasi penilaian, (3). Proses pelaksanaan penilaian, (4). Evaluasi hasil implementasi penilaian, dan (5). Tindak lanjut hasil implementasi penilaian. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, analisis dokumen dan observasi. Informan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, dan para guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan pemahaman dan persiapan tentang penilaian sangat mempengaruhi implementasi penilaian disekolah. Rekomendasi penelitian: (1). Mengidentifikasi sosialisasi pemahaman penilaian tidak hanya pada sekolah yang diperkotaan saja, (2) Mengoptimalkan peran kepala sekolah dan Pembina sekolah dalam pelaksanaan penetapan penilaian, (3). Memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru tentang penetapan penilaian secara menyeluruh, (4).Peran Dinas Pendidikan dalam menanggapi tindak lanjut hasil penetapan penilaian, (5).Dalam membuat kebijakan atau program peningkatan mutu sekolah, hendaknya pemerintah mengacu kepada hasil yang telah dilaksanakan disekolah-sekolah. Assessment is a unified whole in the learning process, then every teacher is required to have a capacity of ability to carry out appropriate assessment for the results obtained through these assessments able to give a true picture of the level of student ability. Understanding good teachers of the nature, procedures, types and valuation principles are the fundamental framework for building capacity to implement a proper assessment. One of the principles on competency-based curriculum is the use of reference criteria, ie using the lowest possible criteria to declare learners achieve mastery called Minimal completeness criteria (KKM). Program runs and already distributed to schools. But having viewed and analyzed turns charging and fixing the reference assessment is not as expected in accordance with the concept of a minimum completeness criteria. Where many schools that violate the rules in determining ratings. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of assessment in the learning process, particularly in SDN Nata Endah I and SDN Nata Endah II: (1). TPS understanding of the concept of assessment, (2). Planning or preparation of the implementation of assessment, (3). The implementation of the assessment process, (4). Evaluation of the results of the implementation of the assessment, and (5). Follow-up results of the implementation of the assessment. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through interview, observation and document analysis. Informants research include school principals, and teachers. The results showed that the difference in understanding and preparation of assessment greatly affect the implementation of school assessment. Recommendations of the study: (1). Identify socialization understanding not only the vote in urban schools only, (2) Optimizing the role of school principals and coaches in the implementation of the determination of assessment, (3). Providing training to teachers on the determination of the overall assessment, (4). Role of the Department of Education in response to follow-up the results of the determination of assessment, (5). In making policy or program to improve the quality of schools, the government should refer to the results that have been implemented in schools.
