Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran dan sulitnya siswa melakukan pukulan pada saat bermain softball. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini 1). Bagaimana pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap hasil memukul dalam permainan Softball? 2). Bagaimana pengaruh model pembelajaran direct instruction terhadap hasil memukul dalam permainan Softball? 3). Model manakah yang memberikan pengaruh yang lebih signifikan terhadap hasil memukul dalam permainan softball? Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain Pretest-Posttest control Design. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler softball di SMAN 27 Bandung, sampel sebanyak 20 siswa putra, dengan jumlah treatment yang di berikan adalah sebanyak 16 pertemuan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sample. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan tes produktivitas hitting menggunakan test Fungo Batting yang dimodifikasi. Berdasarkan dari hasil perhitungan model pembelajaran inkuiri tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar memukul dalam permainan softball dengan t hitung -1,814 < 2,26. Dari hasil perhitungan model pembelajaran direct instruction memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar memukul dalam permainan softball dengan t hitung -2,72 > 2,26.. Kesimpulannya model pembelajaran direct intruction memberikan pengaruh yang lebih signifikan terhadap hasil belajar memukul dalam permainan softball.

This research background by less comprehension of learning model and students can’t hit when playing softball game. The formulations problem of this research: 1. How the influence of inquiry learning model against learning outcomes hit in the game of softball? 2. How the influence of direct instruction learning model against learning outcomes hit in the game of softball 3. Which model have significant influence against learning outcomes hit in the game of softball? The method used is a method of experiment with the design protest-posttest control design. Sample of the research is the students who join extracurricular softball in SMAN 27 Bandung, sample as many as 20 students son, with the number of treatments are 16 meeting. The sample collection by applying a technique sample purposive. An instrument used which is using tests productivity hitting fungo using test batting with modification. Based on the result of reckoning inquiry learning model don’t give significant influence against to the results of the study on the softball with t hitung -1,814<2,26. By the result of reckoning direct instruction learning model give significant influence against result hit study in the game of softball with t hitung -2,72>2,26. The conclusion is learning model direct instruction give the influence more significant against to the result hit study in the game of softball
