Abstract
Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menguasai konsep-konsep IPA pada pokok bahasan alat pencernaan manusia disebabkan model pembelajaran yang diterapkan kurang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran. Hasil belajar siswa pada materi alat pencernaan pada manusia melalui proses pembelajaran klasikal yang selama ini dilakukan pada kegiatan pra siklus diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas hanya sebesar 54,5 dengan capaian ketuntasan belajar minimal (KKM) yang ditetapkan sebesar 60 hanya mencapai 34,25% dari 26 siswa yang mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif, kreatif, komunikatif dan menyenangkan. Peneliti menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe take and give meliputi 6 tahapan pembelajaran,yaitu tahap:1) penjelasan materi, 2) pembagian kelompok, 3) pembagian kartu, 4) mempelajari sub materi, 5) diskusi kelompok, dan 6) pengevaluasian. Model pembelajaran ini dilengkapi alat peraga berupa gambar dan kartu sebagai alat bantu karena alat ini dapat memperjelas konsep. Kelebihan dari model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe take and give ini adalah diantaranya model pembelajaran ini tidak kaku, karena seorang guru boleh memodifikasi lagi penggunaan model pembelajaran ini sesuai dengan keinginan dam kebutuhan serta situasi pembelajaran, Materi akan terarah, karena guru terlebih dahulu menjabarkan uraian materi sebelum dibagikan kartu kepada siswa, Melatih siswa untuk beriteraksi secara baik dengan teman sekelasnya, kekurangan dari model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe take and give ini adalah, bila informasi yang disampaikan siswa kurang tepat (salah) maka informasi yang diterima siswa lain pun akan kurang. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Kemis Taggart sebanyak 2 siklus. Intrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 61,92 sedangan tingkat ketuntasan siswa mencapai 61,53% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 70,38, sedangkan untuk tingkat ketuntasan siswa mencapai 92,30%. Dengan demikian pembelajaran IPA tentang alat pencernaan pada manusia dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe take and give dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. This research at backgrounds by its low student ability in gain control IPA'S concepts on subject human digestive tool discussion reverential model learning which applied by reducing according to learning material. Excess of kooperatif's learning model type take and give this is among those this learning model not rigorous, since a teacher may modify again learning model purpose this according to requirement draught wish and learning situation, Material will be aimed, since teacher beforehanding to enlighten material description before dispensed card to student, Coaching student for beriteraksi one good manners with its classmate, lack for of model kooperatif's learning type take and give this is, if information that passed on by correct reducing student (incorrectly) therefore information which accepted by student any other even will reducing. Method observationaling to utilize action research brazes (PTK) kemis Taggart's model as much 2 cycles. Intrumen in observational it is essay to usufruct studying and activity observation sheet learns and student. Result observationaling to point out i. cycle to be gotten average value 61,92 sedangan increases student thoroughness reach 61,53% and on cycle II. average value 70,38, meanwhile for student thoroughness zoom reaches 92,30%. IPA'S learning thus about digestion tool on human by use of kooperatif's learning model type take and give can increase student studying result.
