Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa kelas X IIS di SMA Negeri 11 Bandung pada nilai Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) yang memiliki nilai rata-rata kelas dibawah standar kompetensi kelulusan. Hal ini terjadi karena beberapa faktor diantaranya metode yang diterapkan didalam kelas berupa ceramah yang monoton dan cenderung membosankan sehingga siswa kurang bisa menangkap materi yang disampaikan dengan baik. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah siswa/siswi kelas X IIS 1, X IIS 2 dan X IIS 3 di SMA Negeri 11 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experimental dengan desain penelitian Non Equivalent Control-Group Design dengan menggunakan dua kelas eksperimen dan satu kelas kontrol. Menggunakan instrumen soal sebagai alat pengumpul data dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan program Eviews 17.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model Cooperative Learning teknik Think Pair and Share dan teknik Group Investigation efektif diterapkan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dikelas. The research problems is students learning results at X class students Senior High School 11 Bandung in Mid Term Test which average class values is under completeness standard. It’s happened by some factors are the applied method in the class is monoton and boring conventional talks method that students couldn’t get learning as well. In this research the subjects is students class X IIS 1, X IIS 2 and X IIS 3 in Senior High School 11 Bandung. The method used in this research is Quasi Experimental with reasearch design is Non Equivalent Control-Group Design with two experiment classes and one control class. The question instrumental as data collection tool and data analysis tehnique by t test, and used Eviews 17.0 as data processing. The results of this research was obtained Cooperative Learning model, Think Pair and Share type and Group Investigation type are effectively applied in teaching and learning activities in the class.
