Abstract
Permasalahan yang menjadi sorotan pada perkembangan dunia pendidikan saat ini khususnya yang terjadi di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi adalah mengenai rendahnya kreativitas guru dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hal ini disebabkan karena beberapa aspek yang mewakili kreativitas guru di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi masih belum terpenuhi. Aspek-aspek kreativitas guru yaitu meliputi kesiapan guru dalam merumuskan materi, merumuskan metode, menentukan peraga, menentukan sumber belajar, relevan dengan kehidupan, menggunakan sumber belajar yang variatif, menggunakan alat peraga, dan mendayagunakan teknologi informasi. Maka perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kreativitas guru disekolah, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kreativitas guru disekolah adalah iklim organisasi. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kreativitas guru. Iklim organisasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kreativitas guru. The problems that highlighted in the development of education today particularly in Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi Vocational High School is about the low creativity of teachers in the process of teaching and learning activities. It is because some of the aspects that represent the creativity of teachers in Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi Vocational High School is still unmet. The aspect of teacher creativity which includes readiness of teachers in formulating the material, formulating methods, determine props, determine the learning resources that are relevant to life, using varied learning resources, using props, and utilize information technology. So it is necessary to know the factors that affect the creativity of teachers in school is the organizational climate. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence of the organizational climate for the creativity of teachers. Organizational climate have a significant influence on the creativity of teachers.
