Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada kegiatan pramuka terhadap prilaku disiplin siswa di SMK Bhakti Pertiwi Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dengan rumusan masalah Bagaimana pengaruh kegiatan Ektrakurikuler pramuka terhadap prilaku disiplin siswa di SMK Bhakti Pertiwi Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data mengenai pengaruh kegiatan Ektrakurikuler pramuka terhadap perubahan prilaku disiplin siswa di SMK Bhakti Pertiwi Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini berpijak pada landasan teoritis mengenai pengertian kepramukaan, tujuan, sifat dan fungsi gerakan pramuka, serta konsep disiplin yang meliputi pengertian disiplin, unsur dalam disiplin, dan faktor pembentuk disiplin serta macam- macam disiplin. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif sederhana. Populasi yang digunakan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa anggota gerakan pramuka di SMK Bhakti Pertiwi Batujajar Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data diperoleh Variabel Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Perilaku Disiplin Siswa Di SMK Bhakti Pertiwi Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama yang berbunyi “Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Perilaku Disiplin Siswa Di SMK Bhakti Pertiwi Kabupaten Bandung Barat”. Kontribusi yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dalam mempengaruhi prilaku disiplin sebesar 79.1%. Sedangkan 20.9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain selain variabel Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka pada Siswa Di SMK Bhakti Pertiwi Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Hubungan atau korelasi antara variabel Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pramukadengan Perilaku Disiplin Siswa Di SMK Bhakti Pertiwi Kabupaten Bandung Barat adalah sangat kuat karena memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 0.890 yang terletak antara 0.7 sampai dengan 1. Dari hasil penelitian ini, bahwa kegiatan esktrakurikuler ini berpengaruh terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa dengan berbagai kegiatan didalamnya. Sehingga pihak sekolah perlu memperhatikan ekstrakurikuler ini kepada siswa-siswinya dan diharapkan dapat memacu prilaku disiplin dan prestasi akademik siswa. Dan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan variabel bebas lainya yang dapat mempengaruhi besar kecilnya disiplin siswa sehingga didapat informasi lebih lengkap tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin siswa secara signifikan. This study focuses on the scouts to discipline the behavior of students in SMK Bhakti Pertiwi West Bandung regency. With the formulation of the problem How to influence the behavior of scouts extracurricular activities of students in vocational disciplines Bhakti Pertiwi West Bandung regency. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the effect of extracurricular activities scouts to discipline students for behavioral changes in SMK Bhakti Pertiwi West Bandung regency. This study rests on the theoretical basis of the understanding of scouting, the purpose, nature and function of the scout movement, as well as understanding the concept of discipline that includes discipline, elements of the discipline, and discipline as well as determining factors of various disciplines. The method used in this study was a descriptive study using a simple quantitative approach. The population used in this study population was all students members of the scout movement in SMK Bhakti Pertiwi Batujajar West Bandung regency, amounting to 30 students. Based on the results of the processing and analysis of data obtained Scouts Extracurricular Activities Variables significantly influence the behavior of Discipline Students At SMK Bhakti Pertiwi West Bandung regency. Thus the first hypothesis, which reads "Extracurricular Activities Scouting significantly influence the behavior of Discipline Students At SMK Bhakti Pertiwi West Bandung regency". Contribution which can be explained by the variable Scouts Extracurricular Activities in influencing behavior discipline for 79.1%. While 20.9% is explained by other variables in addition to variables Scouts Extracurricular Activities on Students At SMK Bhakti Pertiwi West Bandung regency. Relationship or correlation between the variables Pramukadengan Extracurricular Activities Student Conduct Discipline In SMK Bhakti Pertiwi West Bandung Regency is very powerful because it has a correlation value of 0.890 which lies between 0.7 to 1. From the results of this study, that this esktrakurikuler activities affect the behavior of students with a variety of activities discipline therein. So the school needs extra attention to her students and is expected to spur behavior discipline and student achievement. And for future research may use other independent variables that can affect the size of student discipline in order to get more complete information about the factors that affect student discipline significantly.
