    Abstract

    PENERAPAN PAIKEM GEMBROT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SAINS DI KELAS II SEKOLAH DASARPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan rendahnya hasil ulangan harian siswa pada pembelajaran sains yang pencapainya hanya 50% telah tuntas KKM , dengan nilai KKM 63. Selain itu dalam pembelajaran di kelas siswa cenderung pasif. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah: memperoleh gambaran tentang perencanaan, pelaksanan pembelajaran, dan peningkatan hasil belajar melalui penerapan PAIKEM Gembrot di kelas II SDN Pasir Wangi Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang mengadaptasi model Kemmis & Mc. Taggart dengan tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II-A semester II SDN Pasirwangi yang berjumlah 28 orang. Hasil penelitian dengan penerapan PAIKEM Gembrot menunjukan adanya peningkatan proses pembelajaran, terlihat siswa sangat senang dan aktif dalam berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran. Demikian pula perolehan hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Hasil belajar pada ranah kognitif pada siklus I mencapai 57%, siklus II 67,8% dan siklus III 89%. Pencapaian rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada aspek afektif pada siklus I mencapai rata-rata 81,5%, siklus II 88% dan siklus III 93%. Begitupun pada aspek psikomotor yang mengalami peningkatan dalam pencapaian rata-rata pada siklus I 82%, siklus II 90% dan pada siklus III 93%. Dengan analisis data tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan PAIKEM Gembrot dapat dijadikan alternatif pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

    This research was based on the low results of students' daily exam score on learning science which only 50% of the students who passed the KKM, with a value of KKM 63. Furthermore, in learning process in the class the students tend to be passive. Based on these problems, the objective to be achieved is: to get an overview of the learning, planning, and improvement of learning outcomes through the application of PAIKEM Gembrot in grade II SDN Pasir Wangi Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. The methods used in this research was the Research Action class (PTK) which adapted Kemmis & Mc model . Taggart with three cycles. The subject of the research was grade II-A semester II SDN Pasirwangi consists of 28 students. The result of the research with the application of PAIKEM Gembrot showed the improvement in learning process, it can be seen that the students look very happy and active in participating the lesson. Similarly, the result of student learning outcomes has increased. The results of the study on the cognitive domain on a cycle I reached 57%, cycle II 67.8% and cycle III 89%. The achievement mean of students' learning outcomes in the affective aspect of cycle I attain around 81,5%, cycle II 88% 93% and cycle III. As well as on psychomotor aspects the students' achievement mean was increasing in cycle I 82%, cycle II 90% and 93% in cycle III. Based on the analysis of the data, it can be concluded that the implementation PAIKEM Gembrot can be used as learning alternative to enhance students' learning outcomes.
