Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah adanya rasa bosan, ngantuk dan kesulitan untuk fokus pada beberapa peserta Pesantren Masa Keemasan (PMK) pada salah satu pematerian, lalu dari hasil evaluasi pemateri tersebut, diberikan komentar dari para peserta Pesantren Masa Keemasan bahwa gaya mengajarnya sedikit monoton dan kurang interaktif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti bertujuan untuk meneliti mengenai adanya fenomena rendahnya motivasi peserta Pesantren Masa Keemasan Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Daarut Tauhiid dan kaitannya dengan kesenjangan antara gaya mengajar yang terjadi di lapangan, dimana seharusnya gaya mengajar yang tepat akan menciptakan peserta belajar dengan motivasi belajar yang tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 16 orang peserta PMK Angkatan 61. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan metode analisis data spearman rank correlation. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling total. SPSS 26 for windows digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi gaya mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa variabel variasi gaya mengajar berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar peserta pesantren masa keemasan Angkatan 61. Tingkat pengaruh antara variasi gaya mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar adalah sedang. Besar pengaruh variasi gaya mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar adalah sebesar 45,4%. Sedangkan 54,6% pengaruh lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor - faktor lain seperti dukungan keluarga, fasilitas pembelajaran, dan faktor pembelajaran lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. The focus of this research is the existence of boredom, sleepiness and difficulty focusing on some participants of the Pesantren Masa Keemasan (PMK) in one of the presentations, then from the results of the evaluation of the speaker, comments were given from the participants of the Pesantren Masa Keemasan that the teaching style was a little monotonous and less interactive. Based on this, the researcher has the assumption that there is a phenomenon of low motivation of participants in the Pesantren Masa Keemasan Daarut Tauhiid Community Learning Center due to the gap between the teaching styles that occur in the field, where the right teaching style should create learners with high learning motivation. The research method used was a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, and used the Spearman rank correlation data analysis method. The sampling method used is total sampling. SPSS 26 for windows was used to analyze the effect of teaching style variations on learning motivation. The results showed that the variable of teaching style variation had an insignificant effect on the learning motivation of the golden age pesantren Batch 61 participants. The level of influence between teaching style variation on learning motivation is moderate. The effect of teaching style variation on learning motivation is 45.4%. While 54.6% of other influences are influenced by other factors such as family support.
