Abstract
Masalah yang menjadi kajian penelitian ini adalah mengenai penurunan prestasi kerja pegawai pada Divisi Produksi Departemen Grey di CV. Kencana Hegar Cimahi. Salah satu faktor yang diduga menjadi penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pelatihan yang diberikan kepada para pegawai. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Divisi Produksi Departemen Grey di CV. Kencana Hegar Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala pengukuran rating scale. Ukuran populasi yang diteliti sebanyak 74 orang pegawai pada Divisi Produksi Departemen Grey di CV. Kencana Hegar Cimahi yang keseluruhan dijadikan sampel atau responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pada Divisi Produksi Departemen Grey di CV. Kencana Hegar Cimahi berada pada kategori cukup efektif, serta indikator yang terendah adalah instruktur dan sasaran. Prestasi kerja pegawai berada pada kategori sedang dan indikator terendah adalah kualitas kerja. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Kata Kunci Pelatihan, Prestasi Kerja Pegawai The issue to be studied in this research is the declining of employee performances at Production Division of The Grey Department on CV.Kencana Hegar Cimahi. One factor that is believed to be the cause is the lack of training provided to employees. Therefore, this research wanted to assess the effect of training on the performance of employees at Production Division of The Grey Department on CV.Kencana Hegar Cimahi. The method used in this research is explanatory research. Data was collected using a questionnaire with rating scale measurement scale. The size of the population studied 74 employees at Production Division of The Grey Department on CV.Kencana Hegar Cimahi that all became sample or respondent. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression. The research showed that training at Production Division of The Grey Department on CV.Kencana Hegar Cimahi is categorized quite effective as well as the lowest indicator is the instructor and the target. The employee performances is in the category of medium and the lowest indicator is the quality of work. Hypothesis test results show that the training positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. Key Words: training, work performances employee.
