    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan momentum crash market di masa pandemi (Maret – Juni) 2020 menggunakan analisa laporan keuangan pada sektor konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data laporan keuangan saham konstruksi periode 2018-2019 dan analisa teknikal pada saham konstruksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kondisi yang terjadi pada bulan Maret 2020 di Bursa Efek Indonesia khususnya pada sektor konstruksi telah menyebabkan kondisi undervalued dan cara menyikapinya dengan melakukan Money management dan don’t be fomo adalah langkah yang baik dalam bertindak ketika kondisi market yang tidak stabil seperti yang telah terjadi pada bulan Maret 2020 di bursa efek Indonesia. This study aims to determine the utilization of market crash momentum during the pandemic (March – June) 2020 using financial statement analysis in the construction sector. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using data on financial statements of construction stocks for the period 2018-2019 and technical analysis on construction stocks. The results of this study show that the conditions that occurred in March 2020 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially in the construction sector, have caused undervalued conditions and how to respond to this by doing Money management and don't be fomo is a good step in acting when market conditions are unstable as happened in March 2020 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
