Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur penyusunan asesmen kinerja, mengetahui kelayakan asesmen kinerja, dan mengetahui keterlaksanaan praktikum menggunakan asesmen kinerja pada kompetensi spooring balancing. Produk penelitian ini dapat menjadi alat ukur penilaian pada proses pembelajaran spooring balancing. Asesmen kinerja dikembangkan dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan. Tahap define, peneliti melakukan tahap observasi dengan berdiskusi dengan dosen terkait dan melakukan kajian literatur melalui bibliometric mapping dengan perangkat VosViewer berbasis data Google Scholar. Kajian literatur tersebut menunjukkan belum tersedianya asesmen kinerja kendaraan ringan dengan menggunakan alat Beissbarth Wheel Alignment (3D Measuring) dan Beissbarth Wheel Balancing. Tahap design asesmen kinerja ini mengacu pada buku manual Toyota Avanza dan Chassis Step 2. Tahap develop asesmen kinerja, produk di validasi oleh 2 dosen terkait dan 1 teknisi berpengalaman. Uji kelayakan oleh ahli menunjukkan bahwa asesmen kinerja yang dikembangkan sangat layak. Tahap disseminate, produk disebar kepada 15 mahasiswa untuk mengetahui respon pengguna. Respon pengguna asesmen ini menunjukkan bahwa asesmen ini sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran spooring balancing. Asesmen kinerja ini dapat membantu proses pembelajaran dengan harapan peserta didik dapat memenuhi standar mengenai spooring balancing di dunia kerja. Kata kunci: Asesmen Kinerja, Balancing, Kendaraan Ringan, Model 4D, Spooring This study aims to determine the procedures for developing performance assessments, determine the feasibility of performance assessments, and determine the feasibility of practical training using performance assessments in spooring balancing competencies. The product of this study can be used as a measurement tool in the spooring balancing learning process. Performance assessments were developed using the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) development model proposed by Thiagarajan. In the define stage, the researcher conducted an observation stage by discussing with relevant lecturers and conducting a literature review through bibliometric mapping using the VosViewer tool based on Google Scholar data. The literature review showed that there was no performance assessment for light vehicles using the Beissbarth Wheel Alignment (3D Measuring) and Beissbarth Wheel Balancing tools. The design stage of this performance assessment referred to the Toyota Avanza and Chassis Step 2 manuals. In the development stage of the performance assessment, the product was validated by two relevant lecturers and one experienced technician. Feasibility testing by experts showed that the developed performance assessment was highly feasible. In the dissemination stage, the product was distributed to 15 students to obtain user responses. User responses to this assessment showed that it was highly feasible for use in the spooring balancing learning process. This performance assessment can assist the learning process with the expectation that students can meet the standards for spooring balancing in the workplace.
