Abstract

Gayu Annisa (1006182). Hubungan Antara Penggunaan Video Standar Layanan Dengan Motivasi Peserta Pelatihan Frontliner Pada Praktek Dummy Bank Sendik BRI Bandung (Studi Korelasi). Skripsi. Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan, Departemen Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung 2014. Tujuan khusus pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui “hubungan antara penggunaan video standar layanan dengan motivasi peserta pelatihan frontliner pada praktek dummy bank Sendik BRI Bandung”. Tujuan khusus dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk “mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan media video standar layanan dengan motivasi peserta pelatihan frontliner pada Praktek dummy bank Sendik BRI Bandung aspek motif kognitif, aspek penampilan diri aspek kemajuan diri”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Cluster Sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang. 30 orang dijadikan sampel uji coba dan 30 orang sisanya menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan skor total tiap instrumen, dikarenakan data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner berupa data ordinal maka teknik yang digunakan untuk analisis korelasi adalah Rank Spearman, selanjutnya dilakukan uji signifikansi dan uji hipotesis pada (α=0,05). Berdasarkan penelitian dilapangan, dapat diambil kesimpulan, bahwa secara umum penggunaan video standar layanan dalam pelatihan frontliner pada praktek dummy bank Sendik BRI Bandung mempengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan aspek motif kognitif, aspek penampilan diri dan aspek kemajuan diri. Adapun kesimpulan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat hubungan sedang antara penggunaan video standar layanan dengan motivasi peserta pelatihan frontliner pada praktek dummy bank Sendik BRI Bandung aspek motif kognitif. (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat hubungan yang sedang antara penggunaan video standar layanan dengan motivasi peserta pelatihan frontliner pada praktek dummy bank Sendik BRI Bandung aspek penampilan diri. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat hubungan yang sedang antara penggunaan video standar layanan dengan motivasi peserta pelatihan frontliner pada praktek dummy bank sendik BRI Bandung aspek kemajuan diri. Relationship Between Use of Video Standards Service Motivation Training Participants With Frontliner On the Practice Dummy Bank Sendik BRI Bandung (Correlation Study). Thesis. The specific objective of this study was to determine "the relationship between the use of standard video service with the motivation of trainees frontline in practice dummy bank BRI Sendik Bandung" . The specific objective of this research was to "determine the relationship between the use of standard video media services with the motivation of trainees frontline in practice dummy bank BRI Sendik Bandung aspects of cognitive motives, aspects of personal appearance aspects of self-advancement". This study used a correlational study with a quantitative approach. Instruments used in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling, the sample size of 60 people. 30 people sampled trials and 30 people remaining in the research samples. Data analysis techniques in this study using a calculation of the total score for each instrument, because the data obtained from the questionnaire form ordinal data, the technique used for the Spearman Rank correlation analysis is to subsequently test the significance and hypothesis test (α = 0.05). Based on field research, it can be concluded, that in general the use of video in training frontline service standards in the practice dummy bank BRI Sendik Bandung affect motivation to learn trainee aspects of cognitive motives, aspects of personal appearance and aspects of self advancement. The specific conclusions of this study are: (1) There is a significant correlation with the level of relationship is between the use of standard video service with the motivation of trainees frontline in practice dummy bank BRI Sendik Bandung aspects of cognitive motives. (2) There is a significant correlation with the level of the relationship between the use of standard video service with the motivation of trainees frontline in practice dummy bank BRI Sendik Bandung aspects of personal appearance. (3) There is a significant correlation with the level of the relationship between the use of standard video service with the motivation of trainees frontline in practice dummy bank BRI sendik Bandung aspects of self-advancement.
