    Abstract

    Hilda Nirmala Felisa “Pengaruh Experience Quality terhadap Revisit Intention dengan Electronic Word of Mouth sebagai Variabel Mediasi” (Survei terhadap Wisatawan yang Pernah Berkunjung ke Telaga Biru Cicerem) di bawah bimbingan Ibu Dr. Rini Andari, S.Pd., S.E.Par., MM dan Bapak Suka Prayanta Pandia, S.Pd, M.PFIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh experience quality terhadap revisit intention melalui e-word of mouth. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif serta metode explanatory survei. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 161 responden yang pernah berkunjung ke Telaga Biru Cicerem dengan teknik analisis jalur atau path analysis menggunakan software IBM SPSS 24 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung, variabel experience quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention dan e-word of mouth, serta variabel e-word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Namun, tidak terjadi pengaruh tidak langsung experience quality terhadap revisit intention melalui e-word of mouth. Hilda Nirmala Felisa “The Influence of Experience Quality on Revisit Intention with Electronic Word of Mouth as a Mediating Variable” (Survey on Tourists Who Have Visited Telaga Biru Cicerem) Under the guidance of Mrs. Dr. Rini Andari, S.Pd., S.E.Par., MM and Mr. Suka Prayanta Pandia, S.Pd, M.PFIS. This study aims to examine the influence of experience quality on revisit intention through electronic word of mouth. The research method used is quantitative, with the type of research being descriptive and verification, and using the explanatory survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 161 respondents who had previously visited Telaga Biru Cicerem. The data were analyzed using path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 24 for Windows. The results showed that experience quality has a significant direct effect on revisit intention and e-word of mouth, and e-word of mouth has a significant effect on revisit intention. However, there was no indirect effect of experience quality on revisit intention through e-word of mouth. Keywords: Experience Quality, Revisit Intention, e-Word of Mouth, Telaga Biru Cicerem.
